Another attractive benefit of this vacation home is its close proximity (walking distance) to the new Pavilions grocery store, restaurants, and shops on Balboa Peninsula. The home itself is very clean and tidy with all the conveniences of home. It's truly turnkey, all you need is a quick trip to Pavilions grocery store to stock up for the week and you're ready to begin your vacation.

Bedrooms

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, its own full master-bath, and a 47" wide-screen TV. The first guest room has a queen-sized bed and wide-screen TV, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds for the kids. All the be...drooms are very spacious with plenty of closet space and dresser drawers so you aren't living out of a suitcase through your entire vacation. Bed linens are included as well as bath and beach towels.

Living Room / Dining / Kitchen

When you walk through the front door of this vacation home you are entering a large living area that will accommodate you and any guests you may be hosting quite comfortably. The living room has a very open and bright feeling to it featuring high vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, comfortable leather couches, a beautiful fireplace and best of all a wide-screen TV. The spacious kitchen is located adjacent to the living area and has all of the appliances, cookware, and servings you will need to prepare your favorite family meals.

Patio / Private Dock

The living room looks out to a massive private outdoor patio that is nicely landscaped, featuring a gas BBQ, patio furniture, and a private dock where you can launch your favorite watercraft, kayak, or paddle board. There is also an outdoor shower on the side of the house to wash off all the sand you have collected from the beach that day.

Office / Den

As you make your way through the kitchen there is a private den / office for you to use to either complete whatever work you may have before you head out to the beach for the day or just a place where you can relax in peace and quiet.

Electronics

There is wireless internet access throughout the entire house and we will supply you with the network name and pass-code a couple of days prior to your arrival. The living room has a large wide-screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. The master bedroom features a 47" wide-screen TV with a variety of channels offered through the cable TV network. There is an extra DVD player, a Wii player and several games for the kids to stay occupied. Netflix is also available to the entire family so you can watch movies without having to pay for rentals during your stay.

Garage / Laundry

You also have access to a one car garage that is attached to the home as well as a washer and dryer. We will also supply you with 2 new cruiser bikes for you to enjoy during your stay as well as a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels so you don't have to bring those bulky items with you or rent them during your stay.Read more
