This property is situated one house from the sand so you’re just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach and all the fine activities Newport Beach has to offer. There is a volleyball court between 49th & 50th Street and the beach is protected by jetties, creating a prime location for surfing and swimming.

There is plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors with family on the large patio. There is a gas BBQ and a patio table where family can gather for a freshly-prepared meal on the grill. It’s a perfect spot to spend the evening when the sun sets. The living room is situated adjacent to the sliding glass doors which open out to the p...atio, allowing natural light and the ocean breeze inside! The dark wood flooring, sea breeze blue walls and abstract artwork creates a relaxing atmosphere. A brown plush horse-shoe shaped sofa creates a living area ideal for lounging and watching a movie on the flat panel TV with large speakers.

The kitchen has been recently updated featuring stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water feature and a dishwasher. There are several bar stools at the kitchen counter and a dark wood dining table with seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a king bed featuring recessed lighting above the bed and a ceiling fan for keeping cool in the summer. There is one bathroom with a double vanity, beautiful white porcelain sinks, and shiny new hardware built into the dark wooden cabinetry. There is a full bath with blue tile accenting, maintaining the sleek contemporary look of the property. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat panel TV.

There is a shared laundry room with non-coin operated washer and dryer. 1 carport spot is provided for parking.

  This property was in great condition. Wood floors, quartz countertops, 2 flat screens TV's, comfortable beds, new BBQ grill, boogie boards, and more!! Rental company reacted quickly to a partial power outage and was very cooperative from beginning to end. We look forward to renting this property again very soon.
