Architect's Inn has the most accessible location in the city. Not only is it walking distance to everything but it is in a quiet neighborhood (away from the city traffic and bar noises of Thames Street and America's Cup). The neighborhood is called "Top of the Hill" and is the original epicenter for the Newport Victorian Mansions. It is walking distance to Thames Street, Broadway, Bellevue Ave, Touro and Spring Street, Memorial Blvd, America's Cup Blvd, the beach, Cliff Walk, and the mansions.

This is the second time we have stayed at this charming B&B.; The first time was about 5 years ago, and when we had the opportunity to visit Newport again recently we wanted to stay here again. Nick & Brian are the new owners and they have kept the charm and warmth we experienced during our first visit. Brian's breakfasts are 'to die for'! They are both excellent hosts and they love what they do, and it shows. We highly recommend this B&B.; It is centrally located and you can walk everywhere from here. It's a couple of blocks off the main road, which is ideal because it is quiet. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Newport, RI.
