The Vista is situated just outside Newquay on the desirable Pentire peninsula. Guests enjoy a close proximity to the stunning views from the coastal paths of Newquay. To the rear of the property is the Gannal Estuary, which is a superb place for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse riding.

Newquay is a bustling harbour town, well known for its surfing beaches, shopping centre and excellent golf course. A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.

  We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful appartment, the bonus was our dog could stay too.
  The appartment is very well appointed with stunning views across the golf course over to Fistral beach (dogs allowed on beach from 1st Oct). Small balcony with table and 2 chairs. 1 double bedroom to the back of the property with ensuite loo and shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds, plenty of clothes storage in the rooms. lovely bathroom, nice deep bath with over head shower, open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning area, you can eat your meals looking at the wonderful views. Designated car parking space with code entry both to the drive/car park and to the property. Welcome tray was a very nice touch, tea/coffee/milk and buscuits, great after our long journey. I phone connected whilst in the appartment so we were able to use free web to find out about local info. Not too far to walk into Newquay itself and there is a large Sainsburys for food shopping. We ate one evening at the Lewinnick, dog was able to go too, food was very nice, good steak and the walk over was beautiful, along the coast path. The Harbour Hotel was a great place to stop for a coffee, sat on the balcony and watched the hustle and busstle of the small harbour (we spotted a seal there one day just swimming about) and although we did not eat, the food looked good and the hairy one (dog) was allowed there as well.
  Had a fantastic visit to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, well worth a visit, £10 per adult and from the 1st Oct the dog is allowed there too (free). I seem to go on about the dog but it does make such a difference to be able to take her with us and enjoy the places on offer as we would not (as per the rules of the appartment) leave her in the property.
