Sleeping eight people in four bedrooms, this attractive semi-detached holiday home is on Atlantic Reach near Newquay, with facilities including swimming pool, gym, tennis and restaurant. 60 Atlantic Reach offers the ideal combination of welcoming accommodation, being a great touring base and enjoying plentiful on-site activities. There are is a first floor double with en-suite shower room, a further first floor double and a first floor twin, as well as a house bathroom on the first floor too. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a shower room. There is also an open plan living area with sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Doors lea...d out to the private garden area, and guests have use of the landscaped grounds of the park. Activities on site include an indoor swimming pool, children's play facilities, a gym and health spa, tennis and a pitch-and-put golf course, making 60 Atlantic Reach an ideal base for families or friends.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
