The most amazing vacation home I have ever been in. We combined a family vacation and a wedding for our trip to Sunday River and our stay in the SkiEsta home. First off, the house is better than the pictures can show. Each bedroom is unique and is equipped with a Windows computer/tv. The Theater is incredible and is great for movie or game night on the big screen. The Game room has everything you can imagine with another huge tv, Wii console, Pool table, and more books than an entire familt could read in 5 yesrs. The pool is huge, indoor, and perfect for relaxing and spending time with everyone. I can't say enough good things about this house...the upstairs kitchen is one any professional chef would be jealous of and the views are breathtaking.
Sunday River is a great ski resort but in the summer time it and the area have much to offer. Chondola rides to the North Lodge, ATV tours, Zip Line tours, horseback riding, and hiking were the activities that we took advantage of and there were many more to choose from. The towns of Newry and Bethel offer great local flavor, dining, and entertainment as well. Everything from the Sunday River Brew House to golf courses, to The Covered Bridge, Frenchman's Hole, and many more that we never got the time to explore.
