This hillside home has sweeping views of the Mahoosuc Mountains, is about a 4 minute drive to the South Ridge Base Lodge at Sunday River Ski Resort, and is nearby to good fishing and many other fun activities.

Our family of five (including our dog) spent a late summer week at Timber Ridge. The setting in gorgeous, peaceful and so private. You feel as if you're the only people on the mountainside. Beautiful views of mountains surround you and the sunsets were amazing each evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly placed hot tub. With pristine water, it was truly the most relaxing part of our trip. We were even able to see the surrounding mountains at night, as we were lucky enough to be there during the blue moon. The home is quite spacious and provided our whole family quiet privacy. Each of our teenagers actually enjoyed their own floor of the house! We were disappointed by the lack of central air conditioning, but should have clarified that prior to booking. We mistakenly assumed in a luxury home, that more than just two bedrooms would be air conditioned, but we were fortunate to have cooler evenings.The owners, Susan and arthur, were so friendly, quick to respond and very helpful from booking (2 years ahead of our stay) all the way through the end of our stay. We felt that with some minor repairs, simple updates and the completion of unfinished projects, this home will truly be the Jewel of Powder Ridge!

We had a fantastic holiday - the place was "wow". Would highly recommend it - although I don't really want to as I would like to return next year and don't want it fully booked!
