Newly built in July 2002, Villa Gardenia Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet, quaint neighbourhood adjacent to the Niagara Parkway. If you are seeking a relaxing, romantic Niagara Getaway or a Niagara Weekend Package, Villa Gardenia Bed & Breakfast will make your Niagara Getaway a memorable one. Rates are based on per room double occupancy. We do not rent the entire house out to individual families or parties. Breakfast is served each morning in our dinner room.

We celebrated our 45th Wedding anniversary, staying here 3 nights. Anna was most helpful with tour information, where to eat, and provided a full course breakfast each morning (complete with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, muffins, & a hot dish). We want to return with our family in the future!

We felt the room was very nice, the food was good. The selections of fruits for the breakfasts could be altered instead of the same thing every morning the same goes for the muffins. The room could have used more hooks for jackets/coats. We found the room to be warm verging on stuffy. Have stayed at other B&B;'s and we found the service was lacking in respect. Anna knowa a lot about the area but she needs to keep her information updated. A lot of the brochures and handouts she gave us were outdated and expired by about 2 yrs. Previous B&B;'s we stayed in always provided fresh snacks daily for their guests which we found lacking in this establishment.

Wonderful location. Very clean and great host anna, who gave us good information of places to go and see. Would definitely stay there again should we return to the area. In a quiet and convenient location. Excellent breakfasts!

We visited Niagara Falls in September, 2009 to meet up with friends from Australia, Maryland and Houston, some of whom we had not seen for many years. We booked four rooms at the Villa Gardenia and were pleasantly surprised. The location was ideal, the rooms were very comfortable and each was nicely decorated with a theme and given names of Italian cities. The owners were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with Anna. The breakfast each morning was good too. We would highly recommend this place and on my next visit to Niagara Falls will definitely stay at Villa Gardenia.

My Husband and I first stayed at Villa Gardenia in September 2002 and now we refuse to stay anywhere else while visiting Niagara Falls. We had never stayed at a B&B before and were a little skeptical with the idea of what we thought it would be like. We were pleasently surprised that our ideas were wrong.
Hosts:
Anna and Tony treat you like family! I would say they are the #1 reason we keep going back. Anna especially has a way of makeing you feel comfortable. She has lived in Niagara Falls her entire life, so she is a huge source of information.
Rooms:
They are beautiful, clean, spacious and cozy. The beds are very comforatable and there is always enough pillows. Each room has it's own bathroom, which is a must for me!
Food:
Absolutely delicious! There is a variety of options to choose from, which is great if you are staying a couple of nights. It's always fresh, hot and it really tastes home-made.
Location:
It's a 5 minute drive to the falls themselves, 7 minutes to Clifton Hill, and 9 minutes to the casino. You can also walk to the falls it only takes 15 to 20 minutes. If it's a nice day I highly recomand walking!!!
Major bonus, FREE parking!!! Yet another reason to walk.
Nothing but great things to say about Anna, Tony and Villa Gardenia.
My husband and I will continue to go back for years to come and are even planning a visit in the near future.
