SUSAN’S VILLA is located in the 🇨🇦Niagara area of Canada, It is in a PERFECT LOCATION. Walk in a few minutes to the world-famous Horseshoes FALLS, Casino Niagara, Boat Tour, Clifton Hill, and most other Attractions.

The Villa has 4 suites, each suite has one bedroom, one living room, and one full bathroom. The bedroom has good-looking furniture and a very comfy queen bed. The setup is modern and traditional, as is often customary in Canada, and harmonizes here to the viewer's delight.

Furthermore, there is a smart TV, fridge, Hair dryer, and clock radio in the suite.

NO party of any kind. It's a mature, peaceful neighborhood. No wish to cause any disturbance to our neighbors. Really appreciate your understanding and support.
This is a shoeless house, please leave your street shoes on the shelf by the entrance when you come into the house. Slippers are at the entrance, please take good use of them. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Please keep quiet after 11 pm so as not to disturb the rest of the other guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Shaoling (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
