The condo had a great location and was very spacious and comfortable for our stay in Niagara! It was a short distant from the falls and we had access to everything we needed. Organizing the rental with Mike was also very efficient and easy over email. We will visit again!

From the moment we arranged the accommodation with Mike until we went home, Mike made sure everything was ready for us and available. This made our stay very enjoyable because information about everything in the house and interesting things to see around the area was made available to us upon arrival.
The home was very nice and cozy, clean and neat and comfortable. It had everything we need for our vacation - the things that we need at home is also available in the condo. We definitely would recommend it to anyone who would like to go to Niagara. It is close enough to walk to the falls if you enjoy walking and doesn't like the hassle of parking around the falls area. It was beautiful looking at the fall colors as you venture towards the lake area. At night the waterfall lights and the bright holiday lights are a sight to enjoy as well. It is close to the restaurant around the area if one doesn't want to cook dinner.

We travel with our little dogs, so having the extra space was perfect. We were also able to fix breakfast and lunch...saving major money. The unit was super clean and super equiped (except one thing I'll mention later). We could walk to all the falls attraction, and yet not be in all the "hub-bub". The free phone calls to the U.S. was much appreciated, as was the wi-fi. Would definitely stay again, but this time I would know to bring toilet paper...got one tiny, tiny roll for each bathroom...but we had lots of fun collecting a lttle bit of toilet paper everywhere we went...that was our souveniers.

The Junior Presidential Condo is good value for money. We stayed there for three nights at the beginning of June 2012. The condo was spacious enough for our 2-year old hyper-active son. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was large. Good wi-fi connection. These were of most importance to us and the Junior Presidential was good on all these counts. The furnishings were basic but adequate. Nothing fancy or luxurious. The negatives: thin walls - could hear the going-ons in the adjoining condo. My wife would have liked a hair-dryer, something we've come to expect in even economy hotels. Minor details - table broken, peg missing. Little things but when on a vacation these little things seem to contribute unduly to one's impression. Overall I would say that the Junior Presidential would be hard to beat from a value-for-money perspective. Mike adams, the owner, calls these rentals 'Luxury on a Budget'. The 'budget' part I strongly vouch for. The "Luxury' - not so.

We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort, design and overall quality of the rental. The owners are professionals; the entire stay was very smooth and pleasant. As other reviewers, we later discovered that going straight from the rental (towards east?) we could reach all attractions on foot. Otherwise, within a short drive in that direction you can find 5$ parking lots near everything. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and we cooked a few meals there. Fantastic quality for the very reasonable price!

One of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. It was such a relief to not have to "pre-clean" before unpacking and putting away our kitchen items. The living area is very comfortable with nice leather furniture and nice TV. The master bedroom upstairs has a wonderful king-sized bed and the master bathroom was spacious, well-equipped (no running to the store for toilet paper) with plenty of room for our bathroom necessities. Free wireless internet. Parking right in front of the building. Pet-friendly. Washer, dryer. Very close (almost within walking distance) to Niagara Falls. The area with all the attractions (Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, shops, restaurants, etc) may have been within walking distance but we didn't discover this until our last day. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the Junior Presidential Condo.

Nice place to stay! Upstairs is a lot of room which you could use for storage or a collapsable bed, a bit of a waiste of good space. The appt. was very dusty and the windows downstairs were so dirty you could not look out of them. The table and stools near the kitchen were not put together very well or broken. We did not dare to sit down and have our meal there. Other than that, good place to stay, we would come back.

This condo had all of the necessities that I require in lodging. The kitchen was well equipped and the living spaces were nicely decorated and comfortable. It's a nice place and it is close enough to the falls area that you could walk to the falls and the hotels and restaurants that surround them. It is located near enough to everything so that you can get the lay of the land and check out the hotels by the falls if you want to splurge on a hotel looking down on the falls for a night or two. This is what we did and we got a great place with a great view for a decent price because we had time to check them all out. We enjoyed our time at this condo.

The rental was very neat and clean. It had everything you would need, even sheets for the bed. The furniture was very comfortable and I was overall very happy with the condo. I do want to go back to Niagara Falls and I will contact Mike adams for a larger unit so the whole family can join us. Niagara Falls is a great vacation spot. I stayed a week and that still was not enough time to do everything we had wanted to, so we will be back!

In general the facility (condo) was clean, confortable and about 5 minutes by car to the Falls, casino and restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes from 3 wonderful golf courses.
The only thing would be that the air conditionning is a little bit noisy but other than that we enjoyed every moment.
