Our very first night in Niagara was spend at a chain hotel and we were not at all pleased. The cost was pricey for the room, no breakfast offered, and we also had to pay for parking. It was spring break and there weren't many availabilities in the other hotels in the downtown area so I went online and found a vacation rental. We contacted Mike about the rental unit and he was more than helpful after we told him of our situation. He called us right back in the morning, telling us of an opening he had for one of his units he just put on the vacation rental list. We were more than delighted when we found how close the unit was to where we wanted to be. The unit was prestine clean, well decorated and everything was comfortable in every sense of the word. Everything we needed was in the unit and we could cook, launder our clothing and enjoy the spacious unit when we weren't visiting the Falls and surrounding attractions. This was home away from home for us, and we enjoyed free parking. Food shopping, bargain shopping, and eating out was all handy to the unit. Because it was our first vacation rental unit, Mike checked in on us during our stay. We saved so much money staying in Mike's vacation rental that we were able to stay in Niagara longer and see everything we had hoped to see in Niagara! It was nice to feel as if we had our own condo in Niagara, since we felt so at home in the unit! Mike made us feel at home and we are looking forward to our next 2 week stay! I recommend calling Mike for all your Niagara vacation stay needs.

Had a great time here in Niagara. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the action. It was a nice relaxing get-away for our 10 year anniversary trip. We did have an issue with getting into the condo as I recieved wrong information about which condo we were supposed to be staying in. It took a while to get a hold of Mike and get access into the condo. An annoying inconvenience but overall it did not impact the vacation too much.

good service, clear instructions, helpful information located in the condo regarding phone and internet and nearby restaurants, shops, etc. condo was clean and provided all the basics. located away from the tourist traffic in a residential area, but still close enough to walk to the falls.

This was an absolutely perfect spot for a quiet romantic get-away. It was spacious, classy, and nice and clean. It was really nice to have the kitchen available to cook some of our meals and stay cozy. The privacy was also welcome - the location is far enough away from the touristy part of the falls to give us privacy when we wanted it, but it was also just a short walk away from everything. We made it out in the morning to watch the sun rise over the falls - it was maybe a ten minute walk down one road to get there. We definitely plan to return next year.

We were so surprise how clean the condos were, and very close to the niagara's attractions. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend Mike gladly to our friends.
Mike is a very understanding person, he works with you financially and his readily available when you need him. When we called his office for help, before we knew it he was at the condo.
We want to say a big thank you for making our stay at niagara a memorable one. We will be back next year.
