Our family of 4 stayed here with our dog - great location and terrific price for what you get! Everything was as promised - free wifi plus free phone service through our laptop. The only problem we had with the condo was that the microwave didn't seem to function correctly, but we were only there a couple days and didn't really need it. We cooked on the stove, used the oven - all great. And the beds were comfy, rooms were big, DVD player worked, shower had hot water, plenty of towels, convenience items in the cupboards, etc., etc. - great stay!

This Vacation Rental was the second best thing we really enjoyed about our first Niagara Falls vacation, the incredible Falls are the at the top of our list in Niagara. We loved our stay in this condo!! Mike was prompt on all things we needed beginning with promptly answering our request to stay in one of his vacation rental properties! We were in a a hotel full of families on March break and that wasn't our cup of tea, finding this vacation rental on the Internet was a God-sent! We really felt like we were home for the week stay. Everything you could possibly want and or need is provided with this unit. The condo is located so close to everything and yet far enough from the crowds to relax and collect ones thoughts after a day filled with walking and shopping. We will return to Niagara and book one of Mike's larger units for families. Great rental units don't last long so book we will be sure to book well in advance!
Again, thanks goes out to Mike for making our Niagara vacation such a wonderful and pleasant one! -

I'm glad I found one of Mike's properties through tripadvisor. We spent less than $330 for 5 days/4 nights. Mike was very helpful in providing information about the condo I was interested in. When I arrived, the condo was very well cleaned and maintained. Everything you need is pretty much provided. There was kitchen supplies and just knowing that ahead of time, we bought some groceries for our stay in Niagara Falls. The place was very comfortable and the property was safely secured. We had fun since everything we wanted to do was all nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at the Presidential Condo and I have already recommended it to my family and friends when they go to Niagara Falls. Thanks Mike for making this trip possible to get away from work and within our budget!

The place was fantastic, the location was excellent and everything went fine. The only problem we had was with the oven, which was not working properly, and the shower is a bit too noisy. Nothing that would make the trip less pleasant! I would rate it 9 out of 10!

We were extremely impressed with the cost of the stay, the location to just about anything in the area, including the falls. The condo was very well laid out equipped. The owner seemed very interested in our comfort. If I had to be in the area at all in the near future I would try to book this rental again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, unless we were going to be in the area at the same time. In that case it is "Your on your own".

We had many small issues with this rental 1) unit was not open when we arrived 2)shelves and window coverings were falling off, 3)the comforter in one bedroom was pretty shabby, 4)the living space was so tight that even though there was a table, it was jammed in a corner and only one person could sit comfortably at it, 5) dishwasher wouldn't run. However, the location and the price made it worth it in the end. It was an easy walk to the Falls and we had two bedrooms and a full kitchen for the same price we would pay for a decent hotel room. A word of warning: we are from New England and neither of our cell phones worked unless we were down next to the Falls.

Thank you for your feedback. This condo has been received exceptional reviews over the last 5 years for it's value and comfort (see "convenient and clean" review. Although it offers more than twice the space of an average hotel room and several more no charge amenities we recommend that larger groups spend a little more for one of our homes.

That's exactly the kind of place I love to go with my children : when you arrive everything is really clean, you don't feel like washing before using ...The 2 bedrooms+ living room were really convenient. The price was really correct for the value and the location was just perfect for the tourists we were. The parking was a good plus too. So I definitely recommend the place for anybody interested in discovering tha Niagara falls in good conditions.

Our automated check in process is seamless and having over 600 families visit our properties each year a quick check in is appreciated by our guests and necessary as well. We are always available and our office is only 5 minutes away in the case of a miscommunication with regards to entry. As noted on our listings we offer certain disposable items such as paper towels, toilet paper and tissue for your arrival however personal toiletries such as soaps shampoos we ask our guests to provide to prevent unnecessary waste. I was pleased to hear from you Mike during my follow up phone call that you would return to this property and that the cricket was a result of an outside door that was left open. Cleanliness is our top priority and our guests most often comment on this high standard in our reviews. We look forward to seeing you again at the Presidential!

This was a great way to be tourists in Niagara Falls. We had more space and a break from the downtown noise while saving money. We saw all the sights, walked to and from the downtown area and had a lot of fun!

My family and I rented the Presidential Condo in Niagarra during Spring Break. The condo was a nice place to stay during our getaway because the location was perfect for us. It is about 4-5 blocks from the Falls, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area and yet near enough that it is just a few minutes of walking. The fact that it is far away from the crowd was what I needed to be able to rest and relax. We had a good time cooking in the condo when we stayed in and just hang out watching movies.The place was clean, checking in was easy and there was ample free parking. Would definitely stay again when we go back for another visit.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. Mike was so accomodating. We drove in on Easter Sunday and he came over to let us in when we arrived earlier than expected. We are a family of 5 with teens so one bathroom was a bit of a challenge. We had to drive everywhere but this was not a problem since it was off season and we parked for free everywhere we went. I think summer parking is more of a challenge. The condo was very clean. We rent lots of properties when we travel and this was a great one.
