This was our first time staying in a vacation property and we were quite impressed. The location was very convenient with all the attractions nearby. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to get away from eating out. It also provided a nice retreat to relax and take a break after taking in the sights. With 3 kids this was definitely better than staying in a hotel.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were generous. The location was a little further from the main part of Niagara Falls than we anticipated.

We came to Niagara not for a vacation but to see our newborn grandchild. Our condo was was close, well equipped and reasonably priced for our visit. Although we did not do much sightseeing, except for the Falls, the location is convenient to town as well as the QEW.

I threw a bachelorette for my gf, and since we were coming from all over, sleeping in NF was great. The location was great too, not right downtown, but close enough that the taxi ride was under 10$. There was 9 for the evening so it was a bit crowded, but still very cozy. The look of the apartment was perfect very clean and user friendly. Had all I needed in the kitchen which was a big bonus.

We have paid over $1500 us dollars and never received confirmation or a phone call and we are supposed to be leaving for Canada in two days?? Did anyone experience this when booking with executive rentals? please advise. We have left messages and emails?? With no response.. Our trip was booked in February??

Your confirmation with area map, address, and property photo were sent via email on the day that you made your reservation. Our reservation software is concise. It may have gone to your spam folder. Here is the date stamp. Email: Welcome Letter - Prime Minister - Martin and guests Martin2/23/2012 Mike Adams 2/23/2012 9:05 PM. I spoke with your husband who confirmed a new email address. As I understand it you arrived at the property had no issues with check. I trust that you are now enjoying your stay at our property. Our office is open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Return calls are made within 24 hours during peak season and 12 hours during shoulder seasons.

The reason for the "two star" in the Check-in, was because we had a mix-up, so when we arrived, there where this other group claiming the same room as us. After several phone calls, we did get hold of Mike, ( I think it was him.. ? ) And he came over and told us, that we had been given another room, which was excellent. But in the situation it was not nice to end in the mix-up, as we have had a similar situation in New York, so our minds where quickly in a bad mood. Over all experience was very good. The condo was very clean and well stocked for what ever you would like to do during your stay. Only think I have to say is that it listed as sleeping 5-6. As 6 girls on a getway weekend- 2 single, 1 king and a single air mattress made it tight to sleep 6. Other than that would reccomend any of these properties.

This is our largest condo with respect to square foot and although some our homes are a greater distance to the Falls they offer more space. We furnished all of our kitchens, bathrooms and common spaces with the same quality. We're very excited about the coming months and are experiencing high volumes of calls so reserve early if you can.

We have rented many many homes througout the last 12 years, specifically for business travel. Comparing with other homes rented for similar prices, we weren't overly impressed with these accommodations. Very simplistic cheap furnishings, uncomfortable bed, and just overall not a 'homey' or warm place to call home for a few days.
On a postive note, the location is very central to the Falls. The TV was impressive and the bathroom was roomy and very clean.
