Stayed at this rental with a 2 year old and 16 year old. The location is great, close to the falls and Niagara on the Lake. We drove to Toronto and did some sightseeing and caught the Ferry to the Toronto Island which was nice. I would stay at this location again, it was clean and convenient to lots of area restaurants, fast food places and Walmart. It would have been nice if both bed rooms had TVs but I knew that when I agreed to come, as a result both my children slept in the room with me. The kitchen supplies was plentiful, towels and trash bags, there were hand towels but no wash clothes which I thought was odd but I just purchased some and it wasn't a deal breaker. All in all a great stay at the falls 4 days was more than adequate.

I am from Niagara & moved away, when I visit the city this is my 1st choice for accommodations. I love the ambiance of these units, very comfortable & tranquil. I love that all amenities are included and useful! Wifi, Washer&Dryer; in unit, separate bedroom, full kitchen w/ all dishes & so much more, even salt & pepper! I have recommended this place to many of my business contacts and will continue to. I have a stayed more then once and have never been disappointed. I enjoyed the beautiful walk to Murray Hill & Casino from where I stayed, everything is within walking distance. I love the scenery & attractions that are offered so close to the rental and these rentals are one reason I will always return to Niagara for a vacation regardless if its for business or pleasure. Thanks for offering such a beautiful & very clean unit, at an affordable price. Great business sense, looking forward to my next stay!!

The rental unit was ready when we arrived in the late afternoon. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Check in was relativly easy if you had a phone or lap top that works in can. We are from the USa. I was not able to use the phone system that was advertised. But I later was able to log on to a wireless internet in the area on my lap top to check out. The rental unit was located on the second floor. There was no elevator, so there were two short flights of stairs to climb. I thought that there would be double or queen beds in both bedrooms. Instead we found that there was one queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller bedroom. It worked for 4 adults, but would probably be better suited to a family with small children. We ate breakfast and packed lunches in the kitchen and were able to get the TV to work on a few channels. The unit wasn't very large, but we didn't spend a lot of time during the day there. The rental unit is only about a mile from the Falls area and only took a few minutes to drive there. There were also many restaurants and grocery stores in the area within a short driving distance. I would consider staying there again.

Booked the Superior 2 to attend a wedding in Niagara falls with my family. We found that the check in process was so much faster and easier than going to a hotel. The unit was super clean and accomodations were exactly as pictured on the website. Being able to stay in a condo with a kitchen not only gave us the sense of comfort that we were looking for but also saved us money as we were able to prepare meals in some instances rather than having to go to a restaurant. It was a great stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, I traveled with my wife and my mother-in-law. We stayed for two nights in May. The place was clean and well equipped. It was very well located, near the highway and a five-minute drive to the Falls. The place is quiet and the beds are comfortable and it was in a nice neighbourhood. My only complaint is that the wireless did not work properly. I would stay here again when I visit Niagara Falls.

I have 2 small kids so this was perfect for my family. The kids room had 2 twin beds which worked out really good for us. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and we cooked the food while we were there. It was about a mile from the Niagara Falls. So although not walking distance, but still close enough to drive and be there within 5 minutes. The internet connection was a plus, although I could not connect to wireless. I called the customer service number and they told me they will get back to me which they never did. But I had a ethernet cable with me, so it worked out okay for me. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay again with them.

Nice to hear from you. It's nice to hear that the location and amenities worked out for you. Our house book recommends resetting the wireless by unplugging it for two minutes and then plugging it back in.

The unit we were assigned had guests in it... which we discovered when we walked in on them! We wound up with an alternate accommodation which was fine although it obviously wasn't ready for guests: A welcome letter awaited someone arriving 2 days later, floors hadn't been cleaned, etc. However, the location is good: A one-mile walk to the Falls through a primarily residential area with low traffic until town is reached. A necessary plumbing repair was made while we were out sightseeing which was much appreciated. I'd like to think the confusion surrounding our check-in was an anomaly, and am hopeful most experiences go more smoothly than ours. (P. S. Although pricy, this appears to be the norm for Niagara in the tourist season)

We enjoyed our stay at the Superior II Condo. We were looking to save on costs by preparing our own meals and renting a condo with a kitchen allowed us to do that. The condo was conveniently located near two grocery stores.
I appreciated the space in the condo, as a 2 bedroom hotel room would have ended up being comparable in cost, with a lot less room to move around.
The only draw back was that our rooms faced on to a restaurant next door, so we had to keep the blinds closed. There was also construction on the roads around the building while we visited, so we had to take a few detours every now and again to be able to access our street.
Overall, it was a fairly quiet locations and it was an easy drive to Marineland, the falls and most Niagra attractions. I would stay there again if I returned to Niagra Falls. -

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The accommodations we just the right size for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is more baking dishes. We made almost all our meals at the condo and we had to buy disposable baking dishes.

We usually pay double when we've stayed at the falls before. Our usual spot was full... glad we found this. We will be back. Traveled with 6 kids and had plenty of room using our aero bed in the laundry room (yes it was big enough for our 3 & 4 year old) Nice decor! We will be back :)

We were looking forward to our weekend stay in Niagara Falls. However, when we arrived at the condo, we found a phone number posted for us to call. When we called, we were told that the condo had been double-booked, and that we would not be able to stay. So, my wife, my two sons, and I had to find a hotel for the weekend. In summary, this review is in no way an indictment of the condo itself, as we were never able to enter. My advice is to be wary of renting a condo at this property, as you won't know whether you'll actually be able to stay there until the moment you arrive.

Overall, the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We had to use the air mattress for one of our kids and it was one of the most comfortable air mattresses I've ever seen. Our two girls enjoyed their room. The only bad part for us and bad luck, I guess was there was major construction on the main access street and it was noisy, made the building shake and was quite unsightly. The location was perfect for seeing the Falls. The building is fine; though the hallways smelled smoky and musty, but, the condo was very clean. The immediate town is a bit odd--, but again, very convenient to the area attractions. Would go back--we couldn't possibly hit all that road construction again!
