Stoneleigh vacation rental is a four bedroom four bathroom house located on River Road in the heart of Niagara Falls.
Driveway has ample parking, also a garage to store bikes etc;
Walking distance to The Falls and attractions
Ideal for a family, large lounge, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.
B.B.Q off the back deck, large lawn area and flower garden, most peaceful.
Cable T.V in lounge also in three of the bedrooms.
Internet access through out the house.

My cousin and I rented the cottaga for the first weekend in May with friends of ours from Welland so their was just the four of us. We found Muriel to be very friendly upon our arrival and told us where everything was and to lock up when we left. The cottage is homely, well equipped and is in a lovely setting right across the street for the gorge It is in walking distant to everything. The backyard is lovely with a big deck and well landscaped and has a barbeque that you can use which we did. We had a relaxing time and are going to make this a yearly thing to do. Muriel thanks you for your hospitatily and your gracious living quarters.

From the minute we stepped in to this rental we felt at home. This is a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean home. Perfect for family traveling with elderly because of comfortable guest room on main floor with attached bath that included French doors off room to a peaceful and relaxing back deck.
Beautiful hardwood floors throughout home. The kitchen was outstanding with everything you need. This rental is perfect for larger families. Large living room and two seperate dining areas, one in the kitchen and a large family size one in dining area.
All of the bedrooms were comfortable and perfectly decorated to suit anyone's taste.
The Niagara River is across the street and the falls are within walking distance. You could even see the falls from the upstairs window!!!
The enormous multi-level deck out back had 3 areas of seating and could easily accommodate 10 seating. I'm sorry we didn't have time to try the gas grill by the deck. Gas/electric fireplaces in living room as well as other bedrooms.
We have traveled all over USa and Canada and this rental is at the top of our list by far. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. We highly recommend this rental!!! -

Stayed at Stoneleigh Cottage with my parents, my sister's family (2 kids) and my husband and two kids. We were extrememly comfortable and was happy that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with whatever we could think of to need. We put the dishwasher to good use. The kids used the backyard to play ball. This house rental was great.
The only slight problem was the mattress in the lower garden bedrrom. The mattress was lumpy. Uncomfortable sleep.
Also the table for outside deck could be bigger to accomodate bigger families (but thats very very minor! )

Stoneleigh is warm, cozy, and clean and is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is located close to all of the Niagara attractions. Muriel was a wonderful host and provided us everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Stoneleigh so much that we did not want to leave when it was time to come home. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

A very memorable weekend for the whole family. The cottage was warm, cozy and had all the conveniences and more. The cottage is perfectly situated, close to the Falls and minutes away from the beautiful Niagara On The Lake. We were welcomed by Muriel and gave us a tour of the cottage. Thanks for everything Muriel! We look forward to visiting you again!

We booked this cottage for my moms surprise 60th birthday. The accommodations were excellent, the cottage was spotless and Muriel was wonderful to work with. We were lose enough to the attractions and the view of niagara river was beautiful We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the niagara falls area.

The owner, Muriel, was waiting to show us around and was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean, roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even a bathroom for each bedroom. The only negative comment I have is that the king bed in the room we slept in was the firmest mattress I have ever slept on. Our backs were stiff in the morning. It may be fine for people who like firm matresses. Otherwise everything was excellent. Short drive to the falls and the other expensive attractions. If you are there in the summer, walk to the falls instead of paying for parking.

This property was perfect for our group, which was comprised of six adults (two couples, two singles) and one child. There was ample space, and appreciated that there were separate bathrooms for each bedroom. We didn't wish for anything. Loved using the barbecue. Close enough to Falls that you could walk if wished to. Owner was gracious and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this property.
