Lovely Period Home on beautiful grounds with a large private pool.
This property is also in a prime downtown location ,4 blocks from the main street, theaters, shops etc and yet extremely private
Great for groups or families,no weddings or parties please.
Comfortably furnished with antiques imported from the UK.
A complete and fully equipped kitchen and a gas barbecue poolside.
We keep the rates very reasonable. Advise early booking.
Relax and enjoy the quiet peaceful atmosphere in your own little estate.
Our rooms have the top quality linens and the kitchen is extremely well stocked.

We have greatly reduced our off season rate, 2 night minimum @ $350/night (2-4) persons only.
Extra persons $50 per person per night. You have the entire house/property to yourself.
Our Basic rate is $595/night this is for up to 10 persons, please note this includes all children and is an absolute maximum. No pets please.
We are the most reasonably priced rental for this standard of property with a private pool . Early booking is recommended.

We celebrated my parents 40th anniversary in Niagara on the lake and stayed at the aspen Manor. This was a perfect location and we loved staying at a private guest house so we could enjoy our stay in the comfort of a "family style home". This is a perfect spot in the summer because of the beautiful pool, but even in the autumn season this was a nice spot. Close to everything, well maintained and very spacious. I would recommend this guest house for families, groups of 4 or more and even larger groups as there are many sleeping options. Thanks agnes, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. The spacious patio next to the pool was great for relaxing and entertaining. Location within the old town was very convenient for going out to restaurants, shops and theaters. Walking rather than driving was great for avoiding parking concerns and driving after evening outings.

The house was spacious and lovely. Our children spent hours in the pool, which was very clean. The pool-side area was great for a barbeque and family time. The kitchen was well-stocked. I would only suggest that coffee and tea be made available as at other homes we rented. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

There were 7 of us staying at aspen Manor for a girls weekend away. The house is lovely, with plenty of rooms and a big kitchen - which we all enjoyed. The yard/patio and pool area were fantastic. It was a bit cold for swiming in May but sitting out in the sun on the patio was a great way to spend the afternoon. The location was great, a few blocks from the main street in Niagara-on-the-Lake where all the shops are. We also spent an afternoon touring local wineries.

We stayed here in the height of summer and were particularly looking for somewhere private to spend our family vacation. The house had large grounds and a big swimming pool and was a short walk to the town - close enough for a lovely stroll but far enough away to not be inundated with tourists. Our kids loved the private pool and gardens and we felt that it was well worth it to have such privacy and comfortable surroundings.
