Left on 06/19/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Very nice house. Apparently though the next door neighbor is a litte tired of the rental traffic. We were sitting by the pool talking at a conversational level (there were guests in a house behind ours but they were not obnoxiously loud) and at 1000 pm, he yelled out that we needed to be mindful of the quiet hours or else he would take action. According to the owner's notes, quiet hours were from 1100 pm - 7 am.
