Completely recommend this Cottage! 6 girls stayed here comfortably and were able to walk everywhere, including Jackson Triggs for one of their Concert Events! The Keurig coffee machine with an assortment of coffee & tea choices was a nice touch/surprise. Also, lots of parking.
A very comfortable cottage with everything we need. Excellent backyard with a gas grill where we did our BBQ there. And I love the living room where my friends and I spent our nights chatting and relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this cottage. Thanks so much.

Sandra was fantastic and even left a surprise treat for me and my bridesmaids. The cottage was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Every thing we could have wanted was provided for us. The price was completely reasonable, especially given that it was split 6 ways. Much less expensive than renting hotel rooms! My girls and I loved it so much that we're already planning on making it a tradition.

This 3 bedroom cottage is well situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake with ample on-site parking. Once we parked the car we were able to walk or cycle to all attractions. The cottage had ample room for our group, and included a well equiped kitchen.
Modern comforts with a cozy feel - This cottage is a must stay!

We were absolutely blown away by the cozy but spacious home - Not to mention all of the added treats, like an Italian espresso machine (discovered much to my husband's joy!). The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all had easy, restful nights away from home.
The location is on Mary, a main street, but far enough from Queen Street to feel quiet, but certainly not isolated. A majority of the vineyards were withing cycling distance, and for our friends who didn't bring their own bike, there was a rental shop half a block over. Willow Cakes and Pastries is a short walk away and added to the absolutely charming weekend - who doesn't love French pastries with their espressos/coffees in the morning?
We can't wait to come back! Sandra was professional, kind, easy going and gracious. I would be happy to do business with her again and would be confident to refer my friends and family to her lovely home.

We used the cottage as a base for our trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. It was lovely to relax on the deck after a day of sight seeing and our teenagers were especially impressed by the DVD collection. Staying at the cottage definitely added a lot of enjoyment to our trip.

We enjoy this newly renovated cottage. Everything was clean and new. We were welcomed by the owner and shown around. This place is within walking distance of the main street of Notl and a short distance from wine tours, golfing and bike trails.

The newly remodeled Maple Tree Cottage has a lovely, equipped kitchen with center island and modern stools. A home on one level, the new beds in the 3 bedroom house are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Each room has its own stand alone closet. A beautiful walk-in shower in the full bathroom and a nice powder room make stays with up to 6 people convenient. Mornings with Keurig coffee on the large outside deck are heavenly. The outdoors also provide a grill and ample parking. The hostess is readily available via email or phone.
We like the residential location that is close to The Stone Road Grill and Willow for food, just 5 blocks from center town and theaters, and handy to the wine route.
The cable tv also has dvd capability with a variety of dvds available for down times, of which we had none. An addition of an internet connection would make this a perfect vacation home.

We booked this vacation home for a girls weekend getaway. We are seasoned travellers and often rent vacation homes or cottages throughout the year for weekend/week-long getaways. This was our first time staying in Niagara-on-the-lake and it was more than we could have hoped for! Sandra provided us with exceptional service; she is incredibly reliable and considerate. The vacation home was immaculate, modern and well-decorated, and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all the amenities listed as well as a spacious backyard deck/seating area with plenty of parking space. The location is in a quaint neighbourhood close to a convenience store, Tim Hortons, and gas station. We really liked that it was conveniently situated right in between the winery estates and the heart of Notl. Needless to say, our expectations were well exceeded (and having travelled often throughout Ontario, we tend to have high expectations). We were even discussing when we could return before we had checked out!! I have already recommended this place to many of my family and friends. Honestly, the only disappointment is that we didn't book our stay for longer :)

I booked Maple Cottage for family visiting from overseas and we were delighted with the cottage. It was clean and fresh and extremely well equipped. The family enjoyed their stay and the cottage is on my list if I have a large number of visitors coming to town that I am unable to accommodate at my home. I would recommend the cottage when you are visiting Notl. Marion Boon Read more
