The Vineyards Bed & Breakfast is located in the small heritage community of St. Davids in Niagara-on-the-Lake! We are licensed with the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and can accommodate up to 4 Adult Guests comfortably. We accept only one reservation, per night, so if a couple has made a reservation to stay in Room #1 with the King bed, we will not book the other room to another party.
Room #1 features (1) King Bed with an En-Suite bathroom. It is located on the lower level of our home.

When I made plans to take my first trip up to the Niagara Ragion, I sent emails to many of the B&Bs; in the area. Patricia and Frank were the only ones who replied with lots of recommendations about the area based on our interests even before we decided on a place to stay. That alone convinced me this was going to be our choice. The privacy we would have and the price became secondary but well worth it. As it was my sister's birthday that weekend, Patricia had a cake waiting for us.
Everything about the them and their service was top-notch. The breakfasts were so filling and delicious, we didn't need to eat lunch the whole time we were there. They were also able to accommodate our very late arrival as we had an 8hr drive to get to them.
This will be our home away from home you could say anytime we head up to Notl/St. Davids. -

Vineyard Bed & Breakfast was so terrific the first time that we booked our annual trip with them for this year! We were not disappointed. We travel with another couple, and enjoy the private - and huge - living space between our rooms. The meals are fine dining indeed; prepare to be spoiled! Patricia and Frank are the perfect hosts: generous, genuine, knowledgeable, respectful, and always glad to see you.

4 of us decided to have a ladies' retreat to Niagara on the lake for wine tasting. This B&B; offers a suite that can accomodate 4 people, so it fits our criteria. We are pleasantly surprised that we have the entire walk-out basement for ourselves, with a large living room with big TV, big comfortable sofa, dinning table and a small fridge.
What surprised us even more, is the breakfast prepared by the hostress the next morning - simply the best breakfast!! The home made muffin was wonderful, and Patricia keeps the place spotless.
Needless to say, we plan to come back for future ladies gatherings.

Patricia was an incredibly welcoming and charming hostess (her husband was away at the time, so we didn't get to meet him, unfortunately!). I have special dietary requirements (gluten and dairy free) and Patricia was more than happy to bake and cook delicious food that I was able to eat.
The suite was lovely- clean, well maintained, and spacious. My two girlfriends and I went to Niagara-on-the-Lake for three days to celebrate our 30th birthdays, and we were very impressed by the service and her lovely home. It's a modern, large home in St. David's, but it's close to many amazing wineries and only a 15 minute drive to both Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. If you are going for a romantic weekend or a family getaway, this bed and breakfast is great because there is so much room, and you have the whole place to yourself! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. I know the next time I'm in Niagara-on-the-Lake I will be staying here. -

This suite is in a beautiful home on a quiet road just outside Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our hosts went out of their way to make us welcome and we enjoyed our conversations with them. They sent us off with a cooler full of ice water for our afternoon of sightseeing and touring wineries, checked restaurants and made our dinner reservations for us and had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we returned after our Shaw Festival performance. We enjoyed relaxing on the private patio just outside our door and took advantage of the selection of board games and movies to be viewed on the large screen TV. The beds were large and comfortable, the decor throughout the home was lovely and the breakfast the following morning was to die for! A selection of juice and fresh fruit with yogurt or whipped cream, home made muffins and your choice of a hot breakfast entree served either outdoors on the patio or in the dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

The Vineyard is our favourite B&B; in Niagara-on-the-Lake -- in fact, since we discovered it, we have never gone anywhere else. What is so special about it? First of all the owners (Patricia and Fank Pepers). They simply go out of the way to make one's stay there pleasant and memorable. We now think of them as friends. Second, it is their house -- bright, big, well equipped and modern, surrounded with lovely grounds. And third, it is the breakfast that they serve -- all freshly cooked or baked, succulent and served with a smile.
Warmly to be recommended.
