  Nice Property But Needs Some Work

  My family and I stayed at Niagara-on-the-Green III during the Icewine Festival at the beginning of the year. The house is in a great location, it is right off the highway, about 3 minutes from the first winery we visited and 10 from downtown Niagara. The kitchen is totally equipped for 12 people and for cooking. The house itself was very clean (except the bathroom walls on the main floor were covered in lint?) and the beds were very comfortable.
  We had a few issues during our stay though:
  1. There are only 3 true bedrooms (not 5 as advertised). One "bedroom" has a curtain for the door and is at the foot of the stairs and beside the front door, the other has frosted glass doors which do work better than a curtain I suppose.
  2. We ran out of toilet paper on the second night! It wouldn't break the bank to leave more than 3 rolls to a washroom.
  3. I was told there would be a welcome package but could not find one and never heard back from anyone in this regard although I did send a text .
  4. And finally- although at no fault of the property owner- a bagpiper decided to play his instrument at 7am on a Saturday morning. Being that I have two infants, I was really looking forward to sleeping in.
  
  I would stay with Executive Rentals again but I hope that the company will take my issues into consideration. Also, communication was an issue while booking.

  Thank you so much for your feedback - it is greatly appreciated and will definitely help us improve for future renters! The home does have two converted bedrooms to accommodate larger families - thank you for letting us know your concerns about the doors. Toiletries are the responsibility of the renter, but perhaps our confirmation letters do not advise of this clearly enough, which we can certainly modify. We take all of your comments into consideration and use them as opportunities to develop and reflect on our service.
