This is a recently renovated apartment on the top floor of a residential complex in the heart of Nice, close to all the shops and restaurants right in between the old and the new Nice. 5 minutes walk to the beach; bus and railway station. Apartment is 42 sq/m in size, it is completely private, facing southeast, with a long sunny balcony (8 sq/m) stretching across the lounge and bedroom and can be accessed from both bedroom and lounge.

Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, bar/table separating the kitchen and lounge with bar chairs. Bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, washing machine and dry...er (separately).

Lounge with a coffee table, double sofa-bed. Large TV, Internet: Cable and WiFi. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults but it is ideal for 2 people.

The apartment is in the golden circle area and it is minutes away to local shops and restaurants. Parking is available upon request for an additional 35 EUR per night. Please ask about it when booking with us.

Apartment have been just decorated an no one lived there yet. white walls and curtains, there is plenty of day light. Built-in wardrobes gives plenty of space for storage. Designer furniture, minimal style, but warm and cosy; original dark oak wooden floor, with a large carpet in the lounge area

Both lounge and bedroom Air conditioned, plus heating. There are metal shutters installed on both lounge and bedroom windows to block off the light completely when needed.Read more

You are only 5 minutes walk to the beach, minutes walk to the main shopping street, cafes, bars, restaurants (as well as Brad Pit`s restaurant!!!)

There is a tram that runs near by. A large number of buses to choose from - both for local trips into Nice and coaches to resorts which are further afield. Buses from the Airport into Nice City Centre. You are also 5 min walk to the main train station Nice Ville.

  I am very pleased with our stay in Neri`s apartment! Apartment is very large and bright, just how it is described on the profile. Having a large terrace was a big plus. Host was very responsive and gave us the necessary guidance (before the trip, and in the time of arrival). Stunning views from the windows, beautiful surrounding, right by the beach, all shops and markets just on the street level, very trendy area with antique markets, boulangerie. Internet, hot water, heating - all worked steadily. Location of apartments is very convenient!, close to the tram, Place Massena, Promenade des angles. Many cafes and restaurants around, the market at the morning in five minute walking. I highly recommend this apartment for a romantic vacation! Thank you!
