I stayed her with my family at the end of august 2012. The apartment was clean and had all of the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Downstairs is a beautiful bakery for fresh croissants and pain au chocolat every morning and also a convenience store for all food etc. We spend every evening sitting out on the balcony having dinner & wine and watching the world go by. The bus stop from the airport is just outside the front door of the hotel. The beds were spotlessly clean and so were all of the rooms in the apartment. The owner has also put together a folder with lots of useful information about the area and Nice that was a very nice touch. If I was going back to Nice I would stay here again.

This appartment is well located, clean,well furnished, close to the beach (promenade des anglais) and stores (bakery,convenient stores). Perfect for 3 or four people. It is nice to have a small balcony and a view on the mediteranean sea on the side.
There is a parking available in the building - this is useful when you rent a car (using the big lift to park our car was quite an experience for a north american, but fun!). Very useful to get the keys at the airport.
The appartment is not located in the downtown area. However, the bus stop is a block away from the appt and it's easy to move around and reach the downtown area. I would go back anytime. Thanks Marc for the information you provided to us. -

We enjoyed our stay in the apt. It suited the 4 of us perfectly. It has all the necessary convenience's. Local Bakery , supermarket / ATm / Coffee Bar are very close by.

Had a great weeks holiday based in this apartment - Santa Barbara apartment is located in a secure location one street behind the Promenade des anglais at Miami Beach. Great facilities and access to transport on the doorstep - bakery, supermarket, bank, excellent pizza takeaway. Although quite a walk to the old town you can catch a bus on the promenade, there are bus stops taking you to bus/train stations and various towns around the coast all for 1 euro. Apartment has all the facilities you need and it was great to have 2 bathrooms especially when 4 females staying there. Would definitely use this apartment again when visiting Nice.

Excellent accommodation, would highly recommend, has everything and so close to centre ville and also airport. Major advantage is that is stone's throw to the Promenade with a great beach and restaurants.

Planning our stay in Nice was made easy with the help of Riviera Rentals. Agent Janssens Marc kept in contact with us via email answering all our questions and any concerns we may have had prior to our arrival. The two bedroom top floor apartment was clean , secure and provided us with a home away from home atmosphere. The location could not have been better. The corner market, local fresh fruit and vegetable venders, boulangerie where the baguettes and chocolate croissants were incredible, the internet cafe and pizza shops gave us all the comforts we needed. In addition to the comfort amenities the public transportation system was remarkable.
The best part was its location to the beach.
