living space is on the 2nd floor, with lift. Two balconies overlook Rue
Alfons Car & Rue Paul Deroulede.
Recently tastefully furnished. Traditional Nicois building with parquet
floors. Large main entrance with historic floor tiling. Bedroom has
large double-bed ( can be separted in two single beds ) wooden closet,
and balcony.

This is a very spacious apartment in a nice area. The street is noisy during the day but is quiet at night. Marc arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport which was handy as we had bulky luggage. The apartment is very close to the shopping area and there's a lovely bakery across the street. 15 minutes walk will bring you to the restaurants, beaches, old town and the train station is about 10 minutes walk away for any trips you might want to take. I'd definitely go back to Nice and stay at this apartment as we were very pleased with it.

3 of us stayed here, the apartment was lovely, clean and french! Lots of space, we were there for the ironman and the apartment is about 5 mins walk to the expo, start and finsh line. All concerned were very helpfull

We could not fault the location the apartment or the efficiency of the arrangements. The organisation responded promptly and helpfully. Only minor criticism is that the towels could have been fresher.

Lovely apartment in a delightful part of Nice.Extremely convenient in its location, close to shops, bakery ,restaurants, the old town and the promenade,all within easy walking distance...about ten minutes to the old town which is the furthest in distance away.
Being picked up on arival at the train staion was excellent,and saved us any concerns we would have otherwise had about finding our way as it was 21.15 on a Saturday night.
This is the second time we have rented with Marc at Riviera Rentals and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. -

We spent one week in the apartment and found it to contain every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was fantastic being only a short walk from the beach (10 minutes)and the old city (15 minutes).There are various supermarkets nearby and a great bakery just across the street. The apartment was very spacious. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning which is really necessary during August in Nice.

Staying in the apartment in the Musiciens quarter was an absolute dream! The apartment was decorated in traditional Nicosian style so we felt we were immersed in the culture the moment we arrived!
It was walking distance from the Promenade des Anglais(the main shopping street), ten minute walk from the bus station which allowed us to take trips to Cannes, Antibes and other towns!
Facilities in the apartment were excellent! We had everything one could ask for including beach mats which came in very handy! There was no air con but this did not affect our stay as there were long doors which opened up which kept the apartment well ventilated. The apartment was very spacious; kitchen, bathroom, lounge room and bedroom which were all a decent size. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to go back tomorrow! -

Very nice place. Good location.
We were four of us here for a week, all happy after our staying here.
In general everything was fine, except the city service, that picks up liter boxes and washes the streets always begun its work at 1 a.m., sometimes he sounds of this were quite disturbing. But I suppose the same thing would be in every street in Nice.
Amenities in a flat were very good, nothing to add. For me its much better that a hotel :)
Overall, I can only recommend this place. -

Lovely apartment for a family of four or couple. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, plenty of things to do and see around the area. Not too far too walk to the beach and other direction to the shops. Friendly neighbours in the building helped us to feel very welcome. Ideal place to experience living in France and not feeling too much like a tourist. Only negative factor was the heat in the apartment, we had to purchase a fan to sleep at night. But in saying that we are from the West of Scotland and don't feel temperatures like that every day ! We were also very impressed with the travel company and had no trouble getting in touch with our representation Janssens Marc.

Me and my fiance had a very special time in this beautiful apartment, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable; also the neighborhood was very quaint.
I really recommend this place and specially the owner was very sweet and accomodating.

The apartment was in a great location with an easy walk to the train station, beach & shopping. A beautiful abkery across the road & supermarket a few blocks away. The apartment was very large & had nice balconies. It does need a cleanup though, the toaster & kettle did not work & everything had to be washed before using & we got an electric shock from the powerpoint in the bedroom. But based on the size, location & style of apartment we were happy to overlook these things & had a great time at the apartment. The bakery across the street is fabulous.
