Has been recently renovated, composed of a hall, fitted separated kitchen with dining room, living room with big size sofabed, shower room, water-closet, cupboards and new furnitures, with air conditioning, flatscreen, DVD-CD players, unlimited internet WIFI, cable TV.

Can host 2 adults in one large and comfortable sofabed.

Located in the well... known and very central av. Notre dame,at a few meters from the apartment, a large choice of restaurants (french, chinese, lebanon, italian, jewish..) with outdoor terraces, all kind of genuine shops from Nice, at only 300 meters from the main Nice avenue :Jean Medecin and tramway station, 800 meters from the old town, Place Massena and train station.

Walking distance from famous painters museums: Matisse, Chagall...Narrow and typical streets of the old town with its "Palais" and old churches, also from Promenade des Anglais and beaches and its seven kilometers walk along the sea and the city, from old town up to the airport.

Something very new and pleasant: possibility to rent bike very easily almost everywhere in Nice, as in Paris with "Velib", about 50 spots have been fitted out in the centre and Promenade des Anglais.Read more

  Spent a fantastic week in Nice during august 2011.
  This apartment is in a great quiet location, 20 minutes walk to the seafront, short walk to the main shopping areas, within striking distance of Nice's many highlights.
  Also just a short stroll to the train station, ideal for trips along the coast to Cannes or across into Italy.
  Excellent service & hospitality from the owner Fred.
  Fantastic.

  The flat is what one needs for a good vacation: it is situated 15 min from the beach, but not too close to the loud parts of Nice, it has the right size for a couple, there is an elevator so you don't have to walk after staying on the beach...
  The windows and the terrace go to a nice yard, so it's very quiet at night and during the day too.
  Very important is that the face the right sun direction: there is much light, but the Sun doesnt burn the whole flat and its visitors. All the same there is a good air conditioner here too.
  In the neighbourhood there are a Carrefour, a Lidl and a big Monoprix. The central street and all the shopping things are 5-8 minutes away.
  A great surprise for me was Jacob Delafon sanitary equipment.
  The kitchen is comfortable (I cooked every day) and has everything one needs.
  We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening - now we miss these evenings sooo much :(

  Nice clean little apartment in a safe area. Owner (Fred) was very helpful always give us good advise where to visit and eat. Very good dinning in the Tartare restaurant which is very close to the apartment. Thanks for that Fred tip and also for collecting us from the airport. Two minute walk from the main ave and shopping, less than 10 minute walk from train station and less than 15 minute walk from the beach

  My partner and I had never visited Nice before. But the welcome and service we received from Fred (the owner) was fantastic! He picked us up from the train station, showed us around the area, made sure we were settled in before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. The flat was brilliant with a comfortable bed, a coffee maker and much needed air conditioning. The apartment block was very peaceful and we found the whole stay extremely relaxing. Fully recommended for couples of all ages!

  J'ai effectué plusieurs séjours de différentes durées dans ce logement, à la fois pour le travail et pour les vacances. Dans les deux cas j'ai été totalement satisfaite des conditions de la location. Le logement est confortable, bien situé, en plein centre ville (près du tramway et de la gare), mais en même temps au calme et très bien exposé, avec une petite terrasse ensoleillée. La télévision (nombreuses chaînes) et la Wifi ont constitué un plus, pour mon travail. La climatisation a été la bienvenue lors d'un séjour en juillet, et a fait la différence par rapport à d'autres locations. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent!
  S'il fallait trouver un point négatif, je dirai la superficie de la pièce principale, un peu petite. Mais l'aménagement intérieur (une vraie entrée, un espace repas-cuisine aménagée séparé) et les nombreux espaces de rangement, compensent largement ce petit "défaut".

  Best Place in Nice

  This is the best place to stay in Nice. A short, fun walk to get to beach and the Promenade. There is a grocery store just around the corner and you get to save some money by making your own coffee in the morning. I went to Nice for Ironman France, the owner picked me up at the airport which was great. I stayed for a week. Staying in an apartment you get to experience living in Nice, rather than just staying in a hotel. The bed was comfy, the studio is very clean and if you need anything the owner is there to help out. Highly recommend!!
