Nice is a town of ab. 400.000 inhabitants, located in the middle of the Cote d'Azur with easy public services (train, buses) to all fashioned Monaco/Montecarlo, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche sur mer, etc. The Italian border is about 50 km. far away and is easyble reacheble by car (motorway and 3 main panoramic routes, train) in a very short time (0,5 to 1 hour according to choosed means). Ease accessibility also to mountains where skiing is possible in winter (1 to 1,5 drive) and to the well known Provence region (PACA) which Nice is part of. The climate is the Mediterranean one and also in winter you can enjoy clear sunny days initing to stay outside along the Prom.des Anglais, Old Town,etc. with all their facilities.

Very Nice Owner and Contact Staff,
Owner is exceptionally nice and accomodating, the appt is spacious and comfortable with excellent access to train, bus and tram in town, safe area to stay in, with very good bakery downstairs.
No place is perfect, and this one has a few areas such as it needs a hook to hang the shower head on so it does not have to be held above ones head, the open windows for ventilation in warm weather let in a few mosquitoes at night. It has a new portable air conditioner but the windows must be left partially open to vent out the hot air from the back of the air conditioner. We did not need to use the air conditioner much but left the windows open most of the time, which was nice. When closed they are very tight and sound proof. On 2 occasions out of 12 nights, the residents above the appt got somewhat loud. Also the furnishings are modest but effective.
Overall a good place to stay and affordable. -

Apt was exactly as described on website. Handing over of keys was very efficient. Any information I requested from either owner or keyholders before we started our holiday was answered immediately. Everything we needed as in equipment/utensils was available. Apt was very central.

appartement est tres bien situe au centre de la ville, dans une zone sure et silencieuse. L' appartement est spatieux, propre, moderne, aussi que l'immeuble civilise dans lequel il se trouve. C'est important qu'il y a d'ascenseur en tres bon etat jusqu' au quatrieme etage. On peut retouner tard dans la nuit sans problemes, en entrant du Jean Medecin (Nice Etoile) vers l' appartement. Le proprietaire, Monsieur Ferrucio F., est vraiement tres serieux,aimable et disponible. On peut visiter Nice, meme a pied, lorsque les points d' interet ne sont pas loin, sauf Cimiez. Pour visiter les stations de la Cote d' Azur on peut aller a la gare routiere pour prendre les autobus Ligne Cote d' Azur (cout 1 Euro), en prenant le tram T1, ou on peut aller a la gare SNCF pour prendre le train (cout 3-5 fois de plus que le bus mais le temps se diminue considerablement), en empreuntant rue Durante, a pied (10 min.). Le pain de la Patisserie d' en bas de l' immeuble est mieux que le pain achete aux supermarches et coute pas cher. Pour l' aeroport on peut prendre: 1. le taxi; 2. le bus 99 (4 Euro. 20 minutes) jusqu' a la gare SNCF et puis a pied ou avec le tram jusqu' a l'appartement; 3. le bus 23 qui fait 10-15 minutes de plus que le bus 99 mais coute 1 Euro. Moi et mon mari, nous avons passe de tres bonnes vacances et nous sommes tres contents des conditions que le proprietaire nous a offert."

This apartment is superb. Clean and comfortable, with all the necessities of
home and the owner went out of his way to accommodate me with my late
arrival into Nice. The apartment is fully furnished, with a fully serviced kitchen
- we cooked all of our evening meals in the apartment to save on the expense
of eating out. Close proximity to "everything" including rail, tram, beach and
restaurants. Very safe and we loved the area. There is a small elevator, but if
you don't like small spaces, it is easy to walk the 4 floors. I highly recommend
this apartment. -

Nizza è una cità di straordinaria bellezza che oltre ad offrire strutture commerciali di prim'ordine, annovera tra i punti di attrazione un lungomare affascinante.Rue Paul de Dérouled situata al centro della città gode della vicinanza sia dell'area commerciale che marina.L'alloggio del sig. Ferrero: un bilocale confortevole sobriamente arredato, dispone di confort abitativi ideali per una vacanza breve o di media durata.
Infine il proprietario è un signore di grande comprensione e sensibilità. -

I really enjoyed my one-and-half month stay in Mr. Ferraro flat in downtown Nice.
The apartment is clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location is perfect: downtown yet quiet. The seaside is just a few minutes walking distance.
