The apartment is situated in a good location close to the tram-line. The centre of Nice was a few minutes away, making the apartment an ideal base for exploring the town and the surrounding area. The buses were excellent and very reasonable especially if you purchased one of the weekly passes.

Overall this was a great apartment in a very "local" neighborhood of the city. Although we wanted something closer to the beach, and were a bit concerned about the distance and exlecticity of the neighborhood, we were suprised by the convienance!
A downside was the entry smelled of urine, but it turns out it's like that most parts of the city...
Was great to have our own apartment in the city and wish we were there for a week to really enjoy the amazing terrace and open veranda!
Tram that takes you 6 min to the sea is jsut in front of the building. 2 min walk to a large produce market all the locals go to. Lots of grocery stores, cafes, tea rooms near by.
Amazing rooftop view of the city and perfect for lounging/eating/sunbathing on the terrace.
Would reccomend this as a great local flavor apartment.
