A rooftop apartment with balcony offering great views of the Cathedral, the Chateau Hill with it's cascade, mountains. Situated one minute from the Flower Market, three minutes from the Mediterranean. This flat is on the 5th floor (no lift) and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with another double bed in loft and a single bed/sofa, The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/ convection oven, fridge w/freezer, washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet. There are 2 tv's internet wifi, telephone.. Throughout,plenty of charm.

This cosy, well-located flat made our first visit of Nice very pleasant. It took us a few minutes to get to the beach. We could buy fresh fruits and vegetables on market going back home from the sea. Besides there are many cosy restaurants in the nearby. Ten minutes on foot and we got to the center of Nice with shopping area and cafes.
