Voilier beach. only 10 minutes walking distance from the Hotel Negresco and central Nice.Large range of shops , bars Restaurant in the Rue de France located just behind the Promenade des Anglais.

Stayed here in September for a week as wanted to be quite central.
The view from the balcony is great for people watching and also seeing the planes land and take off
Spacious accomodation and with bus stops outside and behind the apartment you can go anywhere for 1 Euro
Only negative is that the hairdryer did not work, the runners on the patio doors are quite stiff to open and close.There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom, could do with a mirror in the bedroom
although part of the apartment is dated, it was clean and fantastic location for us as we didnt have a car and used the bus all the time, it takes approx 30 mins to walk into the Old Town -

Shortest transfer from an airport we have ever had! Took approx 10-15mins and was easy to find. Bus stop accross the street. Great balcony for people watching with a glass of vino! Apartment is spacious and very well equipped, a wee bit dated perhaps. Local shop just around the corner to pick up basics as is bus stops to take you into centre when you don't want to do the 35min walk, only costs 1 Euro. You can even get to Cannes for 1 Euro each way! Walk down the Promenade is essential and lovely. Can highly recommend this apartment unless you want a quiet place, traffic noise is quite high but that is Promenade des anglais for you! Apartment could do with another mirror, only 1 in bathroom.

We just spent 2 weeks at this apt. and could not have had a better place. It has all the old charm of Nice and yet it was very comfortable and very roomy. Two important things to me when renting an apt...how comfortable is the bed and how good is the plumbing...passed with flying colors! It even has a washing machine. The location was perfect. We could walk to just about anywhere and bus service was just across the street. Being right across the street from the Promenade and the beautiful Mediteranean Sea...well, it just doesn't get any better than that. Communicating with the owner was simple and they replied immediately. It even has a garage and the rental price was most reasonable.

All our question were answered promptly. The key and remote for the parking were waiting for us at the airport. Instructions are clear so there is no problem getting into the apartment. If you rent a car - there is a parking space, just be careful with bigger cars - the space is quite tight: you have to enter a car elevator, go down the garage and maneuver from the elevator to the parking spot.
The location is good- between airport and center of the city, second street from the promenade, view of the see from balcony. There are bakery and supermarket in the same building. -

This unit is on the first foor directly opposite the beach with a very busy road. It is a bus ride from the old town and railway (standard fare 1 euro). While the unit was spacious with three sofa beds in the living area it needed a bit of maintenance. e.g. The sliding door needs new rollers and heavier curtains; instructions for the washing machine would be useful; a screen in the bathroom for the shower over the bath is needed to prevent flooding; a clock radio and mirror in the bedroom and a radio in the living room would be useful; a hairdryer is needed; the kitchen was small, the oven trays did not fit and the sink blocked easily; the back balcony needed cleaning; a second set of keys is needed when two or more people return separately to the unit; directions to the local supermarket and bus stops would have been useful. The beach is pebble and beach shoes are definitely needed.
The best thing was the assistance the agent Marc gave us when I unfortunately had my wallet stolen by a pick pocket at Nice railway station. He came over and rang Visa and amex and we arranged to cancel the credit cards and to pickup a replacement. Without his assistance we would have had great difficulty in arranging this by ourselves in French. Thank you Marc! -

This apartment was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. The washing machine was a nice touch. The view from the balcony at night, made the stay even more exciting. The yachts and cruise ships along with the airport to the right, was a sight to see. Thank you Marc and Mira.

This was a large one bedroom apartment with a combined living room/dining room, bath/shower and a WC. As the picture shows it has a fabulour view of the ocean and a balcony to sit on and watch the people go by on the Promanade. The only negative I can come up with is it needs more ice cube trays and the kitchen sink was slow in draining.

It was magnifico...two rooms and kitchen with very big terrace. Every evening we bought wine, meat and fruits and had a dinner on our terrace. The view from our apartments was great - sea and Promenade De angleas. Next time it will our chois again!
