nycAiry studio with great view of the port
Left on 05/03/2011 for a stay in April 2011
This studio is bright and airy with a great view of the port. It looks exactly like it does on the posting. There is a loft bed which takes a little getting used to, however the skylight over the bed was a nice feature, and except for the pigeons cooing, very quiet. It's on the top floor of a plain building with a tiny elevator. There's a tiny terrace with a table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a good shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. There's also a small washing machine.
Jade and her colleague were right on time to check us in and out. We would definitely stay there again, and/or rent another place from them. -

Left on 03/17/2011 for a stay in May 2010
Had a week at this apartment, top location, easy walking into Nice but right on the old port, has beautiful views and plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. Apartment well appointed but the mezzanine dedroon takes a bit of getting used to! Doesn't present a problem if you are able bodied but otherwise be careful. Jade was lovely to deal with, overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.
