"My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time... at this sunny duplex in the heart of Nice.The apartment is comfortable and modern.The air conditioning is super and very welcomed on summer days. Located on the Place Massena which is the happening place in Nice, it was close to everything. We had breakfasts in the morning, and wine in the evenings on the lovely and peaceful terrace. Very romantic! The apartment faces an interior kind of courtyard so it is very quiet and undisturbed by the activity outside. A short walk to the beach, the best restaurants in Nice, and the charming Cours Saleya which is the location of the flower and farmers market, and rue Massena make it an ideal location. Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He made everything easy and responded to any inquiries right away. We were met by his agent, Bianca, who is delightful and helpful. There was also wine, fabulous pastries and treats in the refrigerator! A lovely reception. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone lucky enough to visit Nice."

Prestigious and exceptional right on Place Massena, in the very heart of the french riviera, for this lovely flat in mezzanine style, fully equipped (WIFI - A/C) and furnished, like a Deluxe Suite, bright and light and in a great location - inside one of the red-coloured buildings bordering the square Massena, about 3 minutes by foot from the Old Town and the sea (promenade des anglais). Directly on the pedestrian zone of Place Massena, with a balcony overlooking a lovely quiet courtyard with south west sunny exposition.

The flat is at the 2nd floor, of a classified building located right on Massena square, it has a lift. On entry you have a bright livingroom with sofa and armchair, full size flat led TV) and DVD (a selection of DVD & blu ray films) - cable TV with international 150 chanels (including french, english channels BBC world news, BBC prime, BBC entertainment, SKY NEWS, CNN, RAI, russian, chinese, japanese.....) and free WIFI internet access - there is an equipped American Kitchen and a cute table bar for two.

Upstairs in the mezzanine area (180 cm high - not suitable for very tall or very large people)- there is a double bed, with an ensuite shower room. The flat welcome a maximum of 2 guests, but it's possible to welcome 1 baby too (baby cot available on demand).

Right on MASSENA square: Pedestrian zone, famous Galeries Lafayette are just next door!
From airport: the shuttle 15 minutes/4 euros to place Massena.
From train-station: tram stop at 50 Meters, then 3 minutes from place Massena.
The flat is a perfect base at a very easy short walking distance from everything Nice can offer : sea, marché aux fleurs et production de fruits et légumes du cour Saleya, old Nice, Museums, shopping, transport, bars, fine restaurants, Nice étoile mall......, also very close by train you can visit: Cannes, Antibes, Monte Carlo, Monaco and Ventimiglia (Italia) with is very famous friday's market, to spend a fantastic and unforgattable stay at the very heart of the French Riviera!

Place Masséna, Nice’s elegant main town square. With black and white marble mosaic floor, dramatic fountains and Italian-style red terraced houses and arches running along the outside, this is the main hub of the city. It’s often used as a meeting point thanks to its access to the beach, the old town and the main shopping street (Avenue Jean-Medicin) and is where many locals stop for a while to watch the world go by; so why not join them?

There is an additional charge of 45 euro to cover a part of the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
Refundable deposit: 300 euros ( restituate at the end of the stay).

  We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2013. It is a lovely flat, tastefully decorated, everything was in very good condition and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is perfect for a holiday stay - even a kettle for us English!! The air-conditioning was excellent and not too noisy and the shower was the most powerful we have ever used! Very fast wi-fi was a bonus. Yes, upstairs on the mezzanine, you have to watch your head now and again on the beams, and the same in the bathroom, but we are about 5'8" and didn't find it a real problem. Nadia, Chris's representative, met us on time and was very nice and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect - quiet in the flat, but once you step outside, you are right in the thick of things. Brilliant holiday ad we would definitely stay in the appartment again. Don't be put off by the fact that it doesn't have many reviews.

  Every thing was great with a few exceptions, The view from the balcony was very poor. the ceiling height in the bathroom could be a real problem if you were tall. could not recommend this to anyone over 5ft 10ins One or two niggly problems in the kitchen therefore difficult to cook any sort of a meal

  If everything was great why only write about some few exceptions?....
  
  The terrace is a very sunny spot overlooking a very quiet typical and cute mediterranean courtyard, very romantic if you appreciate this, as other guests did.
  
  The bathroom is located in the mezzanine, and the announce clearly precise: "Upstairs in the mezzanine area (180 cm high - not suitable for very tall or very large people)".
  
  The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, brandnew induction, quality stove, pan, plates and cutlery, kettle, nespresso coffee maker.....), the induction system can be use by anyone, it's very safe and a modern way to cook.

  The flat have all necessary facilities for comfortable stay. Watching of Blue-Ray Disks on LCD TV entertains you if you are tired to walk around Nice. Beaches, restaurants, shops, old town and business region are close to the flat location. It is quite noisy place with funny perfomancies of local actors or magicians in the each evening but you will not feel it in the flat, because it has cosy courtyard balcony. The representatives of the owner were very pacient and attentive. So, the flat on Massena is the best place to spend your holidays in Nice.
