Location, Location, Location This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated for all that the Riviera and Nice has to offer, only steps away from Place Massena, the city’s most majestic and famous square. The Square is considered to be the centre of Nice and marks the intersection of Vieux (old) Nice and new Nice. The world famous palm tree lined Promenade des Anglais is a mere 10 minute walk away, perfect for taking a seat and admiring the view, bike hiring or relaxing with local Niçoise. The old town is 5 minutes away, its maze of narrow streets packed with boutiques, restaurants, coffee houses and bars. There are numerous pâtisseries, artisan shops, wine bars and restaurants on your doorstep. You will be greeted upon your arrival by our English speaking representative who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment.
You will also have her mobile / cell no to contact if any issues arise during your stay.
Beds will be made up with Egyptian Cotton Linen and towels are included in the cost as is the end of stay clean. Beach towels are not provided.
Wifi is free of charge.
We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card via paypal. A damage deposit of €250 is required prior to arrival which will be fully refunded provided everything is in order on departure. In the event of damage, please contact our representative so that damage can be assessed together.
For shorter stays than those stated, please email or phone us and we will be happy to discuss. Also, for longer stays of 3 weeks or more, we may be able to offer a discount.
On booking: 25% deposit required.6 Weeks prior to arrival: Balance of payment is required.
Cancellation Policy: Booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation over 28 days before arrival, 50 percent will be refunded. Over 14 days before arrival, 25 percent will be refunded. Refunds can only be made back to the bank/credit card from which it was received.

We had a great 2 week stay at this convenient apartment. All is as advertised, maybe better. Clean, well equipped, great shower, better than our own one at home! Owner and caretaker responsive and easy to deal with. We hope to stay again next year.

We had a great time in Nice. We really felt at home in Mary´s apartment. We loved the two little bedrooms. This is something rare for an apartment of this size and fits perfectly for a family with children. The bathroom has just been renovated. It´s brand new, very modern and with a tariffic shower.
Thanks Mary and Val for the comfortable time we had.
We definitely will come back. -

This was a difficult review as some aspects of this apartment were fantastic and some were not so good. Some of the less good things included the beds being very small and against the wall, the apartment didn't have air conditioning and even though the fans were good in late Sept I would hate to be here in July/Aug & the standard of the bathroom was not in keeping with the rest of the apartment. The great things were organising the rental with Mary who could not have been more helpful & quick in responding to emails, Val who did our meet & greet was great and helpful recommending places to visit. The location was amazing, close to everything. The free wifi was great & the kitchen was fully equipped. We are very fussy about beds and cooling so if these are not such an issue then I would recommend this apartment.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. All feedback is welcome to help us maintain standards. Apartments in this price bracket generally do not have air-conditioning as I explained when you first enquired about the apartment. Fortunately, Nice rarely gets uncomfortably hot. This, combined with high ceilings, full height windows which open front and rear tend to keep the apartment cool. The apartment is also equipped with several large fans. Had you visited in peak season I am confident that you would have still found the apartment very comfortable.
The beds are full sized double beds measuring 140cm (55inches) wide X 190cm (75 inches) long. The layout of the apartment is such that the beds are against the walls. This is evident in the pictures on the website.
We had recognised that the bathroom was past its best in October and organised a builder to install a new one as soon as the apartment was unoccupied. This has been completed to a very high standard in December 2012.
I hope that these issues did not take from your stay. Thank you once again for your comments. -

You can not named a rented apartment, but simply at home.
A place where we felt great, close to everything you want from Nice : Place Massena, Promenades des anglais, Old Town ( known asa Vielle Ville or Vieux Nice , museums, restaurants, pubs, Ancient Chateau with its wonderful waterfall and , not at least, Avenue Jean Medecin with Nicetoile Mall and many other shops - all of these a few minutes away.
The owners, Mary and Michael, helped us with all necessary informations and receive very good advices. Thanks a lot for all these.
We'll see you next year.

Liked the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. Convenient walking distance to the train station and bus stops, the big shopping centre, Gallerie Layfette, the centre of Old Town and the waterfront. Apartment has large front and back bedroom windows, which offer cross-ventilation during the hot weather. Open living room and kitchen concept nice for sitting and chatting. As previously stated the apartment is in a good location and was very central for most of our needs with the JC Bermond Station and so No. 98 airport bus stop also close by.
Mary the owner is very helpful and provides plenty of information to aid your stay while the local agents are ok. The basic provisions supplied upon arrival are also very helpful.
The apartment is modern, well equiped and generally decorated to a good standard but on a less positive note can be very hot at night in full summer as previously reported.
Furthermore the bathroom is tatty and the bad mould on the silicon sealant around the sink is horrible but actually very easy to replace. There are also a small number of other details that let the apartment down and actually are not difficult to resolve so for us we found this disappointing.
Overall ok but could and should have been better and I feel the local agents have to do better to best represent the owners responsibility to the clients.

Other small problems that you experienced such as hairdryer not working have been resolved. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. The location of this spacious apartment is very good, close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, Cours Saleya markets and the beach. The owner gives you plenty of information about the area which is helpful and in the unit there are extra things to help such as a pram, beach mat, shopping bag, washer, dryer.
Unfortunately we found the unit very hot despite having all the fans going (there is no air conditioning). Also the person next door to the second bedroom kept my teenage son awake for 2 nights as you could hear them.
I would recommend this apartment if you want a good location and in the cooler months. -

Three of us stayed in this beautiful apartment in February 2012. On arrival we were met by Mary's representative and she went through everything in great detail with us. The apartment was spotless and everything one could possibly need was provided.
It was only a five minute walk from the 98 airport bus stop at JC Bermond. The old town is only ten minutes walk and the main shopping areas only five minutes walk away.
We had a most enjoyable holiday which was greatly helped by this home from home. -

I have just had the pleasure of spending 10 days in this lovely rental apartment. One of the biggest compliments that I can make is that we instantly felt at home here. It felt as though we were actually living in Nice rather than being on holiday.
The apartment is in a great location, just a quick stroll to Place Massena, the Old Town, New Town, Beach, Restaurants, Cafes, Bakeries, everything is on your doorstep.
The buses were a great discovery, a really excellent service up and down the coast, €1 to Monte Carlo, Cannes, St Paul de Vence, Eze, day trips which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Found booking process very efficent and Mary the owner is a pleasure to deal with, with lots of helpful advice and local insight.
On arrival, we were pleased to see how safe and secure the apartment is, through the outside door and through two sets of locked doors. The area felt safe at night with plenty of people around. Bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and there was no traffic or noise whatsoever, which is fantastic given how central the apartment is.
The apartment was pristine on arrival, very well equipped for the odd night that we ate in. It's lovely to have the option.
Overall, we could not have been happier with this super apartment, we had a fantastic vacation in this marvellous city.

Had a most enjoyable stay in your beautiful, bright and comfortable apartment. It has been wonderful to be able to pop back during the day to change and relax. Your apartment is centrally located to everything that we needed, and we felt safe and comfortable. Had a most enjoyable day in Cap Ferrat, weather was glorious.
