We are a family of 4 adults and a toddler who stayed for a week at this comfortable, nicely furnished, spacious and well equiped apartment. Plenty of decent towels and bed linen provided.
The apartment is in a very well maintained, quiet complex.
Being in the port it was quieter than some of the other locations in Nice, but with several nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk. And an easy, gentle stroll round the marina takes you right into the Old Town.
The main bus routes to places like Villefrance, Monaco & Parc Phoenix are within 10min easy walk.
The spacious balcony has a good view out over the sea and the peaceful complex gardens. Excellent for evening dining.
The assistance and information provided by Jade right from my initial booking queries, to adivising and arranging transport, arrival information, sightseeing/local information and return of our deposit was excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would stay here again if I return to Nice. -

We were offered this apartment at the last minute, at a significant discount, when a late booking for another apartment with the same agent fell through (nothing to do with anything the agent did). As such, this was incredible value for us! From what I know of the normal pricing though, it still represents great value. It is a quiet block of apartments, with a beautiful garden area in the centre, and fabulous views out to sea. The apartment is perfectly clean and stylishly kitted out - all very comfortable with everything you need. The only slight issue for us was that there was no satellite tv link (only one or two French channels available). Don't know if that will still be the same now.
The apartment is a short (5 minutes) walk from a small (pebble - all Nice beaches are pebble) beach called 'La Reserve'. It's a great alternative to the main beaches on the promenade. Between the front of the apartment block and the sea is a small ferry docking station. This is really nothing to worry about; ferries from Corsica dock twice a day, but it's quiet and unintrusive - actually a point of interest.
The best thing about this location is that it is just around the corner from the beautiful old port, with loads of restaurants etc. From there it is an easy walk round to the main promenade, old town etc. I wouldn't like to stay in those areas, though, as they are very noisy on a night time. Much better to be tucked a little out of the way, but able to get to it when you want!
Another tip is that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment block, from which you can easily get to all sorts of places. A great introduction to the city is to catch the tourist bus from there (with earphones and audio guide) - it takes you all around the city and drops you back at the apartment! You can hop on and off at various points of interest.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. The agents are very friendly and helpful, and the apartment's balcony is large and comfortable, as is the rest of the apartment (very spacious). We put 3/5 for check-in only because we arrived on time, but had a bit of a panic on when we couldn't initially get hold of the agent to be let in (he was supposed to meet us outside, but we had to call him on my mobile to track him down). Would definitely return - Enjoy!!
