The property is on the upper ground floor a few steps to enter into the bright F1 studio/open plan bedroom apartment of 25m2. This property being placed in Vieux Nice (old town) possesses high ceilings and huge windows allowing plenty of light and air to flow through. On entry you immediately see the open plan bedroom which has been tastefully dressed with high quality linens. To the base of the bedroom you fall immediately into the living/dinning area and just next to this is the simple but elegant kitchen equipped with an oven, 2 place electric hob, and iPod dock. In the bathroom there is a shower cubical toilet and the washing machine.

Prices are based on two persons for the rental including the hire of linens and towels.
We require an initial deposit of 30% of the rental price to secure a reservation. The final 70% is required to be cleared into our account 8 weeks before arrival. We also require an addition €300 security deposit on arrival or cleared before the rental commences.
All arrivals after 19.30 will incur a late arrival charge of 50 euros.

The flat is located in the old part of Nice, which is an excellent location: close to restaurants, markets, shops, 10 minutes walk to the beach, or a short distance to the tram, buses or bike hire stations.
The flat is small but has enough room to be comfortable, and has all the appliances to cook, and you can even use the washing machine.
The location is quiet except for the church bells!
I went there with my husband for a week and we had an amazing time.
We would definitely go back -

I have stayed in this apartment several times! It is in Old Town & close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, the market & of course the beach! I highly recommend it because of it's location and price, if your on a budget like I am, this apartment is a great find and the staff that lease the apartment are great. The apartment is basic with all of the amenities but what is great is it's location, you can take the bus from the airport, which is cheap and it drops you off a block from the apartment & only one flight of stairs! I don't know about you but I am whipped after traveling and easy is all I want & a good mattress!
