This flat is in perfect condition and offers a great quality of comfort. You have all restaurants, bars, stores down the building. The beach is about at 10 minutes by walk.

Stayed in this apartment the first week of august 2012. Great location. Bus stop right outside the building.
The apartment was big enough for 8 of us. The 3 rooms fit 6 people and 2 kids stayed on the sofas. The rooms had bathrooms each -- which was convenient, wifi was strong enough and it had central airconditioning critical for the summer heat that reached up to 37 degrees at the time we were there. It had a sea view that was also good.
Bathrooms however were problematic...
The drains in the masters bathtub was clogged (we had to bathe in dirty water waiting for it to drain)
The showerheads did not stay in place so one had to bathe with the shower head in hand.
Cleanliness was also an issue... The apartment was quite dirty -- dusty when we arrived though it was orderly enough.
Tip: Be prepared to wait to get into the apartment. The guy made us wait almost an hour and a half outside the building ( we had to call several times on international roaming) because we was very busy attending to other guests. This was with prior emails about the time of our arrivals. Overall not so professional...Response from Jade segarra - 01/23/2013

My family stayed at the appartment in Nice for one week in July 2011, and had a great time. Fantastic service, views, cleanliness, location and appartment. I will most definately recommend this to others, and would love to come back another time.
