Just a few steps from the beach, the flower market, public transport, restaurants and shops, and yet in a quiet building, this elegant one bedroom flat is an ideal choice for your holiday in Nice. Well equipped (internet connection, washing machine), it is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift, it has a separate kitchen, a small balcony, a dining area, a sofa and two good quality double beds, one in a corner of the living room area, the other one in the romantic bedroom.

The old town of Nice, mostly 17th century Italian baroque style, is the heart of the town with its beach, the famous flower market, restaurants, pubs and shops - you can basically enjoy your stay without transports, and yet, if you wish to explore the town or the region further, you are very well situated for the tramway, the buses and the train station.

A lovely little apartment in the heart of the old city. Well kept, neat and tidy. Suits well for a little family: Baby cot, washing machine, elevator are available. However, a dishwasher would be useful. :)

A nice and modernised flat on the 2nd floor, perhaps a little dark inside (winter). The staircase and lift in the house were clean and ok. So was the flat. The furniture (big dining table)and kitchen utensils were tasteful and the double beds good. Plus for the washing machine (clothes) in the kitchen. No ventilation in the bathroom, thumb down.

the flat was in a very good condition and everything was clean. The location of the flat is very agreable, if travelling with children. You only make a few steps and you are next to the sea or in old town. I can definately recommend Mariviera, we had great holidays in Nice and I will definately book it again one day.

I've been here twice and definitely will go again. Everything -- apartment, location etc. -- is perfect for two (plus a couple of kids)!
