A nicely appointed comtemporary style self catering holiday condo, in the very heart of Nice on prestigious Rue Paradis and sharing a building with Chanel. It is well presented, air conditioned for the summer and heated for the winter. Light and airy, it is completely self contained and equipped with everything you need for that relaxing break on the Riviera. A south east facing balcony catches the morning sun - ideal for le petit dejeuner or relaxing aperififs before dinner.

It is a family owned apartment, decorated in a modern style with a touch of Provence and furnished with your comfort in mind. The apartment has a large open-plan l...iving space with a separate bedroom. It is light and airy and fitted out to a high standard containing everything you need for your relaxing self catering break on the Riviera. The balcony is ideal for your breakfast or aperitif before dinner. Your entertainment needs are catered for with a flat screen LCD TV, cable, DVD player, stereo with i-pod docker and MP3 player. Our CD, DVD and paperback library are growing and cards and games are also provided. A reverse cycle air conditioner and fly screens are installed for added comfort. The lounge has a large sofa that converts into 2 single beds, and 2 arm chairs. A large round glass and wrought iron table and chairs are in the dining area. Immediately outside the door is the fashionable Messena pedestrian shopping centre renowned for its top name shops (Chanel and Hugo Boss share the same building), nightlife, outdoor cafes, bars and restaurants complete with evening entertainment, strolling musicians and pavement artists. Despite this, the apartment is bright and quiet as it is located at the rear of a 4 storey building with lift. Depending on which way you turn, walk 50m and you are at the Beach, Promenade des Anglais, Casino Ruhl, Albert 1er gardens or the newly renovated Espace Messena. A short stroll takes you to the Cours Saleya flower and produce market and old town. Ideal accommodation for the Acropolis Convention and Exhibition Centre venue. Close to all public transport giving you easy access to all of the must see destinations on the Riviera. Day bus trips are available to the mountains in winter for skiing or summer for rambling.

The rental includes electricity, towels, linen, unlimited broadband internet, end of stay servicing. There are no additional charges. Deposit of 30% required with booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full amount on confirmation.
Payment by bank transfer preferred. Credit cards, via Paypal, also accepted - this incurs a fee of + 4% to cover Paypal costs.

Rates are per week in euros for 2 people sharing. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 but sleeps up to 4 (families only not 4 adults), please add 60 euro surcharge for each additional person.

Premium rates apply at for Christmas and special events.
Part weeks considered outside peak periods (Jun - Sept).

6 nights less 10% of weekly price.
5 nights -20%
4 nights -30%

Holiday periods and special events (e.g. the Monaco Grand Prix, Tour de France, Nice Carnival), may attract a surcharge.

Arrivals are at a nominated time after 4pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed although we do try to accommodate the various arrival and departure times of our guests whenever possible. Checkout is 11:00 am.
Security/damage deposit of £150/200euro (or equivalent in your own currency) payable before arrival via Paypal. This will be returned directly to you within two weeks of departure.

MONTHLY RENTALS
We consider longer term rentals in the low season.
Rates are all inclusive:
November, January, February - 1350€ per month
December and March - 1650€ per month
Your apartment is fully serviced before your arrival.
Utilities (electricity, water, internet), linen and towels (including beach towels) all included. Local, European, US, Canada and Australian phone calls to landlines free, There are no hidden extras.
