Grace is located in the middle of the Promenade. There are several restaurants and bars close by on the prom. Behind the apartment is ave de la Californie which has many shops and supermarkets located on it. The Old town and the Cours Saleya flower market is a 30 minute walk away but there are regular buses (the 98 airport bus) running along the promenade which will take you to place Massena or the Old town in a matter of a few minutes.

Renting an apartment is not always without troubles. But using Your Nice apartment, the experience and the especially the service was very good - I would use them again, if we are going to visit south of France again.
