There is a immense 20 m terrace with large table and seating for all. . Really unique space., perfect for your outdoor dining, sun bathing, reading your favorite book or checking emails while enjoying those great summer evenings

The modern excellently maintained building is located on a QUIET dead end street so there is not the usual loud noises from scooters, buses , construction projects etc, There is often some free street parking directl...y in front of the buidling . (The apartment owner has his garage directly below the apartment and it is possible for you to leave your car in this space just below your living room window! ) Your car is parked just outside your front door. This is a truly great feature as finding parking in Nice can be difficult at best.

Both bedrooms benefit from double glazed windows. From the bedroom window you have a view of the beautiful Russian Orthodox Church, one of the main tourist attractions in Nice.

BEDROOM #2

Accessed off the hallway the second bedroom is nicely set up and decorated for sleeping two.

Two single beds , night table , and a pair of reading lamps are found in this good size room. . You wil also find a large closet to store away all your things.

The large French door opens onto the spacious sunlite 20m terrace.

KITCHEN:

The good size kitchen has been completely renovated and equipped. . The dining table and chairs are found in the center of the kitchen . All new appliances , refrig/freezer, full stove, halogen HOB, microwave, washing machine and kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc.

The numerous countertops provide lots of working space for the most active chefs. All kitchenware, utensils and dishes are provided.

From the kitchen you can access via the large French doors onto the terrace .. Makes serving and eating out very convienent as your kitchen is nearby the outside dning area.

TERRACE : a fill 20 meters in size!. The terrace has a large outdoor table and chairs ideal for your dining under the stars , reading or checking emaiils etc. There is plenty of room for placing long sunlounger chairs. The terrace is overlooking a quiet court yard .

BATHROOM: The large modern and wonderfully designed bathroom has been totally redone new.

There is a large shower area. Toilet.

Large wash basin, recessed cabinets , towel warner and heated floor as well as more than ample lighting fixtures compliment the room. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided for your use.

LIVING/DINING ROOM : The large living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa that sleeps one. There is a classic dining table and 4 chairs as you first enter the room. A beautiful overhead ceiling lamp provides mood lighting and compliments the beautiful dining table and chairs. Makes for romantic candlelite evenings.

Large French windows are doule glazed and provide plenty of light streaming into the room. From the window you can view the Russian Orthodox chruch and look onto the always quite street below.

ENTRANCE HALLWAY: the hallway leads from the apartment entry door to all the rooms in the apartment. You can enter the master bedroom , the living room, second bedroom , bathroom as well as the kitchen all from the hallway. Located in the hallway are the intercom, small table , book shelves .

Rental includes all utilities, Cable TV , WiFi INTERNET . Full linens and towels supplied , . There is a end of stay linen and changeover fee of 50 euro .

Apartment sleeps up to 5 guests . Ideal for individuals, couples , families and very child friendly .

PARKING : It is possible to have a parking space directly in front of your apartment for your use. . The space is located directly below your bedroom window and next to the building entrance door. A really ideal situation in a city known for its parking problems.

Additional Location Information

The apartment is ideally located and certainly accessible . It's just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch many buses to city centre, Promenade des Anglais , Old Town . The two ariport buses #23 (1 Euro) and 20-25 minutes and the direct Airport bus #99 (4 Euro) only 15-20 minutes. The SNCF Train Station is just 3 stops and 5 minutes by bus or less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Its a 10 minute walk to reach the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beautiful beaches. It is a 15 minute walk to Place Massena and the Old Town. Should you prefer , there are regular buses as well as the great new tramway .
In the immediate area of the apartment there are many restaurants,bakeries , bars, cafes and shops less than a 5 minute walk.

  Very quiet - a peaceful haven

  My family of four had a wonderful 8-night stay at this apartment. It was really silent. We took the apartment because it seemed to be quiet, Jack was very prompt and friendly with his replies, and I thought we would appreciate the terrace. We used it for dining, playing cards, drying washing and our swimsuits. (Nice has a fun beach to swim at, with all the rolling pebbles, and Jack showed us the best place to go to get out of any wind.)
  
  The kitchen was very well equipped, which we appreciated because we only ate out for a couple of snacks. Jack showed us where the best markets, grocery shops and bakeries were, and shopping was very simple.
  
  It was hard to tell before we came what sort of area it was, and luckily it was wonderful. Despite being tucked away in such a quiet spot, we felt we were in the midst of everything. It was always easy to pop out for a bottle of milk or some pastries or to get some money from an atm machine, or to check a bus timetable, because everything was just around the corner. I went jogging each morning and there was always plenty to see. I always felt safe. My family are calling out that I have to mention the icecream shop on ave Gambetta (the first one). Great value, as one scoop is all you need, and the choice of flavours was great.
  
  Jack was helpful throughout, with wonderful ideas on what to do and see. We asked him about second-hand shops and he was able to direct us to exactly what we wanted.
  
  There was a variety of beds, some harder, some softer, which was good for us.
