You will love this luxurious and spacious studio totally refurbished. It is ideally located in the heart of Nice on the elegant Boulevard Dubouchage. Nice Etoile Shopping Center on Avenue Jean Medecin, is only a few steps away. You can either catch the tramway or have a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, the 'Old Town', the beach, restaurants, etc ...

The studio is perfectly situated in the center of Nice.
Most attractions are within easy walking distance of it: Avenue Jean Medecin (3 blocks), Nice Etoile shopping center; supermarkets: Casino (behind Nice Etoile), Carrefour City on Rue Lepante (3 minutes walk away); Two pharmacies and a typical French bakery for fresh croissants, baguettes, are only few steps away. The one star Michelin restaurant Aphrodite is right next to our building. Strolling along the Promenade des Anglais to the Old City, you will enjoy its lively restaurants, bars and animated nightlife. At the end of Avenue Jean Medecin, you will get to Rue Massena, a pedestrian shopping district with hip boutiques, sidewalk cafés and restaurants. A car is not necessary as a tramway station is situated on Avenue Jean Medecin (3 minutes walking), and Nice train station is about 10 minutes walking (it can also be reached thanks to the tramway). Trains provide a direct service to the whole French Riviera from Marseille to the Italian border. They also stop at Cannes, Grasse (France perfume Capital), Monaco, Villefranche, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Antibes etc... Also, please note the studio is very bright: you will get sunshine from sunrise till about 2 pm (depending on the season), so you will love having breakfast or lunch on the small balcony (even in Low Season).

We have enjoyed our stay in this great studio. It has everything we needed and more. The location is great, easy walking distant to the old town and beach, close to shops and restaurant. It is definitely the top choice for us next time we come back to Nice.

We stayed 4 wonderful nights in this studio which has all amenities (air-conditioning, well equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom, etc...). The studio is very clean and is beautifully furnished.
It is in easy walking distance to the "Old Town" and the beach, where you find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.
Bakery, butcher and supermarket are only steps away, so you can buy everything you need.
To the amazing Nice Etoile Shopping Center it's only a 5 minutes' walk away and 15 minutes to the train station where you can easily go by train to Monaco or Cannes.
We will make that studio our favourite secondary home in Nice and we can only recommend this studio for a relaxing stay.

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay in that terrific studio. We were 2 adults. The property facilities are great. It was immaculate. The studio is in perfect condition, it is spacious, bright, it has air conditioning. The bathroom is functional. Perfect location in the center of Nice. And the owner is really friendly and helpful. I hope I will come back next year!
