Ancient Palais in Nice city center, restaurant, and bars, are just in the corner, museums and old town 5 mins by foot, beach is 10 mins away.
The whole apartment was renovated 4 years ago by architecture, with four beds rooms for 8 persons. This apartment is located in one of the most prestige street in Nice, very convenient but quiet.
Two parking spaces down stairs , if you stay only in Nice, you won't need a car, you can reach everywhere by foot. It is 20 mins only away by car to Monaco, and 30 mins to Cannes.
