Victor Hugo is in a gated highly secure development that lives up to its prestigious address. Modern furniture, a first class kitchen and two bathrooms are impressive. Add to this a spacious 22 square metre balcony with outside dining for four, plus lounge area and space to spare and you will be hard pushed to leave this holiday haven.
There are 2 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and large wardrobe storage space. There is one king size bedroom and one double bedroom. They both have double glazed windows and doors leading out onto the large balcony. There is a computer table in the king size room.

You will find yourself a few blocks back from the beach and next to one of the leafiest exclusive shopping streets in Nice – Rue Alphonse Karr. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We are regular visitors to Nice and we usually organise our rentals with the Nice Pebbles. As were booking at the last minute, our favourite Pebbles apartments were already booked, so we decided to give Your Nice apartments a try. Our apartment was modern and clean but small. There were only two of us. It would have been quite a squeeze for 4 people. A lot of the space was given to the outside terrace which is a bonus in good weather, but unluckily a tad chilly in January, so we couldn't use it. The main attractions were the central location and the secure underground parking. It was such a joy to put the suitcases in the lift rather than trundle them across pavements from public parking. It also meant that we did more out of town visits than we usually do, to St Paul de Vence, Cap Ferrat etc and it was effortless. The rental price was a bit steep for the size, but the location was excellent and included parking, which in Nice is very expensive.
Beds were very comfortable. Furniture OK. The number of plates, bowls, cups, mugs etc, were just enough for 4 people. Again that worked well for the two of us, as we had some spares when the dishwasher was on! Gosia Wisinska was our contact for the apartment and she was excellent, but the feeling was rather of an absent landlord when compared with the local support services of Pebbles, including restaurant guides etc. of course one can use Tripadvisor etc.

We were 2 adults and 2 pre-teens and it was a perfect size. Location is excellent. Safe.
Only issue...Tv was not working for the entire stay. -

Splendid location. Close to everything (supermarket, shops, old town and even the sea) but very quiet and peaceful. The apartment and surounding very elegant. It was perfect for 4 adults. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. I liked a huge balcony, the air condition, comfortable bed. Trully recomend.
