Clementine has been recently newly renovated and has a lovely contemporary vibrant feel mixed with warm traditional wooden floors. A kitchen with all mod cons and an inviting bright mosaic bathroom make this apartment a great place to stay in the heart of all the action.
Two double bedrooms with wardrobes. The second double bedroom has a mezzanine level with single mattress. Walk out of your apartment door and explore the maze of narrow cobbled streets overflowing with the finest pasta and ice cream vendors, patisseries, boulangeries, boutiques, bistros. The Old Town is one of the most popular areas of Nice and you’ll find yourself only a few minutes walk away from one if its major land marks, the Cours Saleya and its famous marketplace selling local fresh produce, flowers and antiques on Mondays. The beach and promenade are just a few steps further. Please note there can be noise in the Old Town in the evening and at night so bear this in mind if you are a very light sleeper.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this comfortable flat right in the middle of Nice old town. The location is fantastic and it offered great value for money. The managers were very helpful and even though my flight was delayed were there to meet me on time. The only downside which was clearly advertised where the four flights of stairs which were slightly difficult to negotiate for my 65 year old parents (and no elevator). But all in all we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was ideal for a family of 4 with two teenage children. An ideal location close to everything in Old Town-Only fault is the number of stairs to the apartment - would not suit everyone.
Better than your average apartment facility wise with lots of little extras -

Our contact person met us promptly at the designated place and walked us to our apartment. He went over all of the information we needed to get settled in and become familiar with the apartment. The kitchen was wonderful, fully equipped, modern, and there was even a washer and a dryer. Rooms were clean with adequate space and each had a fan. The location was great, in the heart of Old Town. We were a short walk from the beach. Although very touristy it had a great authentic feel. The only downsides were the stairs and the door: there was no lift so it was a four flight walk up rugged, uneven steps; and the door to the apartment was very difficult to unlock at first--you had to push the key in hard while pulling on the door...but once you figure it out it works fine.
Overall, it is a very nice Nice apartment in a great location and we highly recommend it.
