Citrus Garden has a 70 sqm garden full of lemon trees with peaceful surroundings. It’s a real tonic for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With the stunning Port within a five minute walk away you won’t feel isolated as it has shops and restaurants with sea views. There is also easy access to sightseeing as you’re on the main bus route on the Riviera. Please note Citrus Garden is in a very quiet residential complex and neighbours are very sensitive to noise. The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is very close within a 10 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here.

Ronnie met us at Citrus Garden at the appointed time and was very friendly and helpful. On our arrival we were given a welcome pack including a bottle of wine and information about the locality.
The appartment was lovely and comfortable, with everything we needed. We enjoyed having the little garden to sit in.
It was situated in a quiet location near the Old Port which was very convenient for restaurants. Just a short walk to the old town and on a bus route.
We really enjoyed our stay in Nice, food shopping at the excellent market in the old town and lots to see and do.Response from Your Nice Apartment - 11/29/2012

Loved everything about this holiday and service from the agent was exceptional. Local transport is both regular and cheap so travel around area couldn't be easier. Apartment was everything we could wish for and the garden was a pleasure to sit in on balmy evenings

We had a great stay in this apartment-3 adults and one 12 year old-there was ample room and the location was
ideal for the port area;Monaco is only a short bus ride away.The apartment is well equiped and the garden area ideal for sitting out.
On arrival we met the Nice apartment representative-he had put out tea,coffee,biscuits and milk and ensured we had clean towels and was available if needed.We arranged a taxi back to the airport thanks to the useful information kept in the apartment. -

Rep greeted us at the airport and dropped us off at apartment within 20 mins of landing.
The apartment was clean and comfortable.
The location is just off the Port of Nice with lots of restaurants and excellent for sight seeing around Nice with public transport at the end of lane to take you to Ville Le France, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Menton.
This apartment is ideal for someone who depends on a wheelchair to partly get around, (my son was on crutches) it is on the ground floor with a spacious long patio area. I would definitely use this apartment again.

We had a very pleasent stay at the citrus garden in june! The apartment was clean and tidy! The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly and the weather was just perfect! All in all we had a very good stay in Nice thanks to our stay at th citrus garden!

This is the third time that we have visited Nice but the first time self catering. We had a fantastic time! The apartment was wonderful, with a gorgeous garden. The apartment was big and situated in a quite residential area. We loved it! There was plenty of information left at the apartment with ideas for places to visit and eat. A complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits left, which was a nice touch. Would definitely use Your Nice apartments again1

This unit is great. Large rooms. All have air conditioning but the unit doesn't get very hot.The bedrooms are at each end of the unit so very private. The garden is a godsend after spending the day touristing. It is a very short walk to buy food. One street back from the main road so easy bus access. A seven minute walk to the old port. A twelve minute walk to catch the tram. It is not in the "thick of things" but I would definately stay here again and recommend it to my friends. The manager was very nice and extremely helpfull.

Great apartment providing the two bathrooms that we required ( we were a party of three,myself,my husband and a close female friend) with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. The garden was a perfect place to relax with a g and t after a days sight seeing. The apartment is well located we easy access to antwhere you might wish to go. The local bus service is incredible one euro takes to for miles ! Nice itself is a totally "civilised" city and during our stay we saw no evidence of any anti-social behaviour and felt safe at all times. In every way a perfect holiday
