Jeanette is on the most exclusive seafront promenade stretch on Nice peninsula beneath the famous chateau. It lies between the famous Old Town and the grand old Port. You will find the most expensive and sought after hotels here as you are in possibly the best location in Nice opposite the sea with the finest views of the turquoise blue Mediterranean. Jeanette is lovingly decorated and is as beautiful as the views from her balcony.

One location with two doorsteps! Turn right out of your door and walk a couple of minutes around the corner and you will find the Old Town in all its glory. Enjoy the Cours Saleya with its daily flower, food and antique market and quaint cobbled streets bursting with local life, music, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours and brasseries. Turn left and you are in Nice Old Port. The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The best beach for you is on the Old Town side and is called Castel Plage. There is a public section and also one of the best beach bars/ restaurants if you would like a sun lounger and waiter service.

My daughter and I loved coming home each evening as much as we enjoyed our adventures throughout Nice and coastal Italy. With this perfectly located oasis as base, we were able to explore and delight in all of the local experiences. Easily found our way to buses, train station, fantastic shopping, hair stylists, museums... Not to mention great restaurants and swimming. Did I mention the incredible sunsets we enjoyed on the terrace? My heart found its true home. We will be back soon. Thank you Bart and Michelle for your suggestions and immediate attention to the one very minor problem we had with washing machine.

service was excellent and we appreciated the fact that the rep Bart, was a local Nicoise man and a true gentleman.
The apt. was in a beautiful peaceful and bright old building- truly french. We loved the classy and spacious interior , the stunning views and the chic location. The only downside was that we had our 18 year old daughter come to stay with us on the last 2 nights and she used the lounge to sleep which was very comfortable except for the noise from outside. She was unable to sleep all night. However the apt. is meant to be for 2 only and the bedroom was really quiet and peaceful so we cant really complain. Overall we were delighted with the apt. and would just love to go back there again (it worked out very expensive for 4 nights, but would be better value if we got a full week) -

Appartment very well & thoughtfully equipped.
We had a late return flight and as the appartment was not required the next day we were told that we could make use of it until late on the leaving day. This was a kind guesture and much appreciated.

The apartment was just wonderful. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view was beautiful and we were close to the flower market and all transportation. We would rent this apartment again and absolutely loved Nice. We plan to go back and we would use and trust your services again. Thank you.

location right across from the port affords a pretty and interesting view. The apartments was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Short walk to the city center. We were able to find street parking every night but one of our week long stay. We visited during mid summer when the one fan was a little too weak to move around air comfortably at night. This was a fantastic experience and a great property.

Jeanette was a beautiful apartment overlooking the port! Every morning we walked to the market and could get anywhere we needed to go by bus or on foot very easily! The apartment was decorated beautifully. While a little loud with street noise, it was easy to just close the windows for quiet. If we needed anything, they were always quick to respond! Thanks and see you again!

An amazing view over the port and Med. So nice to watch the boats come and go and always have some interesting activity going on outside. A great location just steps from restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the old town, market and beaches. If you love to cook you may find the kitchen a little under equipped but otherwise we found the apartment very comfortable. Great service too!
