Mocha may be petite but it is a well formed new renovation with wooden floors throughout, a separate bedroom, sofa bed in the lounge, small but well equipped kitchen and separate shower and toilet. It's a perfect budget option for small families, couples and small groups that don't want to break the bank, but want to be in the best location in the heart of the Old Town right next to the beach and famous Cours Saleya with its daily marketplace, restaurants and cafés/ bars.
The king size bedroom is cosy and lovingly decorated with provencal style replica furniture including two side tables and a chest of drawers.

We stayed at the Mocha apartment for part of our honeymoon and we had a great time. The apartment was small, probably a bit too small for more than two people; but clean&cozy; and the location was unbeatable; right in the middle of Veille Ville (that's the old city ;) and less than a block from the beach. The manager was terrific; went out of her way to help us and very knowledgeable about the area. Would have been nice if the apartment had a balcony but it looked like the majority of places in the area didn't have balconies either. It's on the second floor, so we had to close the windows at night because of street noise, but if you want to stay in a dynamic city anyware, that's to be expected. Surrounded by a dizzying number of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars etc, our biggest problem was be figuring out where to go next. All in all, a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This apartment is located inside old nice, 1 block from the beach, 1/2 block from the old nice market and steps from the castle. It is the perfect location. The apartment is small but has everything you need. The windows cancel the street noise when shut so it's very quiet. Bed was hotel-quality comfortable. It's on the second floor (1st floor Europe system) so you don't have to climb a lot of stairs.

The facilities was suitable to my wifw and me. Location cloce to all charming areas of the old town, the markets and 3 min. from the beach. Missing was the Wi-Fi and aircondition. But a portable fan was a ok substitute. We are gladly staying at the same place during our next stay in Nice.
