Very cute 33m2studio plus 30m2 terrace in Nice in the exclusive and serene Mont Boron residential area, between Nice old Port and the pictoresque Villefranche sur mer. Amazing pool in the residence, big 30m2 terrace with dining table for 8 and sunloungers for your private use. Very tranquil location and garden view. South west facing so lots of sun. Mix of antique and contemporary deco with huge double bed that can be separated into two twins. Sofa bed for one big adult or two smaller people. Bath tub in the newl...y renovated bathroom. 40inch sony flatscreen with 140 channels. Free wifi. Easy parking. Walking distance to supermarket, NiceOld Port and its bars and restaurants, Mont Boron National park and to Coco beach for a swim. Bus stops at end of the street, going to Nice nad the other way to Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze Sur Mer, Cap d'Ail and Monaco. Easy day trips by boat to St Tropez from Nice Port (60euro) and by train to Italy (30min/6euro).

Vue jardin, tres calme avec une melange de deco antique et contemporaine. Vasque de bain, grand lit separable en deux lits une place. Petit clic clac pour une adulte ou deux petites enfants. Bains du solei et grand table pour 8personnes sur le jolie terasse. Propriete videosurveille et enclose, secure pour les enfants. Cul de sac, pas beaucoup de traffic. Parking facile. Arret de bus a 100m. Ascenceur. Carrefour a 500m.

Stupendo studio di 33mq con terrazza di 30mq ben arredata con mobili antichi e contemporanei. Bellissima piscina in un uliveto con piccola vista mare. Situata nel quartiere residenziale esclusivo di Mont Boron, zona delle ville dei ricchi e famosi di Nizza. Tranquillita, serenita con buoni collegamenti verso Nizza (ristoranti e bar del porto vecchio e quartiere degli antiquari sono a 1km) e il pittoresco paese di Villefranche sur mer (5min in autobus) e Monaco (a 13km). Fermata autobus a 100m. Carrefour supermercato a 500m. Parking disponibile sulla strada davanti casa, cul de sac con poco traffico. 5/10min a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia de la Reserve/Coco beach. Vasca da bagno, letto matrimoniale che si puo separare in due letti singoli. Divano letto piccolo per un adulto o due bimbi piccoli. For stays of 6 nights and over, the linen, laundry and cleaning is free of charge. Stays of 5nights and less will incur half of the 90euro turnaround fee (linen, laundry and cleaning) So if you want to stay 3,4 or 5 nights, count 45 euro extra please.

Mr Goodbody is happy to provide airport pick up service (30euro) Welcoming you at the airport with your name board. His BMW is really old and a bit dirty but it will get you to the flat stress free and cheaper than a taxi  He is also a source of great insight and tips to the Riviera, having lived there for the past 15 years after an amazing career in the British Royal Ballet, so what better way to start your trip than chatting away to a knowledgeable expat while taking in the sea views of the Promedade on your way to the appartment. Rental Rules

Above all, please, please, please:
THE SLIDING DOORS TO THE TERRACE AND THE ELECTRIC BLIND MUST BE CLOSED DOWN WHEN YOU LEAVE THE APPARTMENT EVEN FOR A SHORT TIME! Front door must be locked too!

1. Ye shall have an amazing, relaxing and enriching holiday.

2. Any person including the Guest Party and other than those in the Guest party set forth above in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. No noise after midnight please.

3. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that might occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. A safe is provided for keeping your documents and valuables.

4. Kindly keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Smoking is allowed outside only.

5. Careful with your kids at the pool. Pets are not allowed, sorry. Watch the paint work, it took me many days of hard work and wrist injuries ;) to scrape off the old wall paper and provide you with crisp, clean, perfectly white walls.

6. End of stay cleaning is included up to two hours/week which is enough for normal use. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels (1per person) are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
May we suggest you bring beach towels. And lots of sunscreen :)

  I stayed one week in the apartment with my fiance and everything went smoothly. The apartment is spacy and the terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast or late dinner. I also really liked the trees and flowers around the area and the pool :) The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived and it is also very nicely decorated. There was also some snacks and drinks waiting for us which was nice after a long day. All in all, we found the place to be very good and close both to Nice and lovely Villefrance-Sur-Mer. Also, there is a nice beach in walking distance. Thank you Kat and Mr. Goodbody!
