Lovely appartment in a nice and quiet area of Nice for 2 persons

The appartement is non-smoking.

With the tram only 10 minutes away from the beach and old town of Nice. From the airport you can also reach the appartment by tram ( 1 change over only) .

Private and fenced garden of 215m² with terrace, patio and garden furniture.

Dear guests, I will not be available to welcome your personally but I have a lovely couple that will come and meet you in the apartment on your day of arrival. They will guide you through the accommodation and explain you everything . They speak English and French.

House rules

Dear guest upon request I can accept pets. There is a fully fenced private garden. In front of the appartment is a lovely parc called Parc Chambrun. It even has a dog toilet. I ask you however to take care of the furniture and hygene of my apartment especially with regards to the guest that come after you. Kind regards Monique
ps there is also a play garden for the children.

Response from the owner Cara Deborah, grazie per I commenti. Fu un piacere d'Averla nel mio appartamento. Ho capito che Lei ha avuto un buon soggiorno, mi fa piacere. Per quanto riguarda il letto; purtroppo e impossibile di far piacere a ognuno. Alcune persone piace un materasso grande, altri un materasso unico. Ci sono delle persone che amano un materasso morbida , alcuni lo preferiscano duro. Ecco perché ho deciso di prendere due materazze singole media di buona qualità. Il di Nizza pero non e lontano..a piedi solo 25 minuti e con bus/tram 10 minuti. L'avantagio e che siete in posto calmo e sicuro (residenziale) Faccio molto attenzione alla pulizia, purtroppo, le persone che hanno alloggiato nel l'appartamento prima di voi non hanno adeguatamente controllato I piatti del lavostoviglie. Assicuro che in futuro che la cameriera controlla ancora tutto primo dell arrivo. Ti ringrazio e spero a presto Deborah, sei il benvenuto. Saluti Monique

Summers can be hot in the South of France and I understand that this might be unconfortable during some days in the high season.
