I agree with all the reviews on La Tour Manda. My husband and two teenage daughters had a fantastic two days there recently. We stayed a week last year and just wanted to visit again this year before going on to Villefranche. Jean-Claude and Brigitte are the perfect hosts - so kind. The breakfast is just amazing and the jams are wow !!! We had the pool to ourselves on the Friday and had a very special day there. It is a little way out of Nice but not an issue with a hire car. There is an especially good creperie in Carros which is well worth visiting for lunch or early evening meal.. So look forward to visiting again next year or earlier if at all possible.

Die Lage ist ideal, um Nizza und Umgebung zu erkunden. 200 m zur Route Napoleon gelegen, erreicht man es gut vom Flughafen Nizza und kann Vence und St. Paul (Fondation Maeght) sehr gut erreichen.
Jean-Claude und Brigitte sind herzliche Gastgeber, die ein liebevoll angelegtes anwesen haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr schoen eingerichtet und es gibt eine grosse Terrasse zum Pool hin gelegen. Das Fruehstueck uebertrifft alle Erwartungen: Kaffee/Tee, Saft, selbstgemachte Marmelade(!!!), Baguettes und Croissants, Käse und Rührei sowie ein liebevoll zubereiteter Obstsalat erleichtern den Start in den Tag. Es gibt ausflugtipps, z.B. zum Cap Ferrat mit den Rothschild Gaerten, oder den Tipp, nach Nizza lieber zum P+R-Parkplatz zu fahren und die Strassenbahn zu nehmen.
Alles in allem: ein sehr gutes Preis / Leistung - Verhaeltnis und sehr zu empfehlen. -

We were a family of nine staying at this really cute B&B; for our first Europe vacation and we couldn't have asked for more.
The villa is just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes for downtown Nice. It is perfect for kids as it had a swimming pool and even a tower!
We had the entire first floor to ourselves, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge balcony facing the pool and a small hill.
Brigette and Jean Paul were amazing hosts and the service was beyond our expectations.
Every day we woke up to a delicious cooked breakfast of fresh croissants, baguettes, home made jams and marmalade, cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit etc which was beautifully laid outside next to the garden.
Brigette even offered us maps and advice on the most scenic driving routes and villages to visit which gave us some amazing photo ops (see pic of Villafrance Sur Mer below). She also went out of her way to provide us bottled water at home as well as when we went out sightseeing every day. These little details made us feel at home and really taken care of.
The house also had good WiFi which was important when planning the next day's activities and uploading pictures to facebook :)
Highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Nice!

we stayed in la tour manda two couples for few nights and we would like to recommend this place to anyone that travel to nice , the place is like in the pictures , very very clean ,
wonderful place excellent location (big shopping center in a walking distance) great view.
but when you arrive at beautiful place and combine it with warm helpful and kind hospitality of the owners Brigitte and Jean Claude than you get excellent vacation ever.
the price is fair and affordable in which you get also fresh warm and Generous breakfast including professional gems heaven tasty that are made by the owner Jean Claude and that also teach you the secrets behind the making .
the owners are Honest kind and warm people very easy to book just contact and get all the details . they speak French and English .
again ----Excellent place Recommend
you will enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't miss it
