The neighborhood is quiet and there's little traffic, you can reach by walking fine restaurants and some of the best pizzerias in the region.You'll also find plenty of bars and pastry shops where being enchanted by the wonderful Sicilian pastries.
Supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacy and post office are minutes away.

The location of the house is perfect for visiting the Etna and the Ionian coast of Sicily from Taormina to Syracuse, allowing you, in all seasons, a trip to Etna, the highest volcano in Europe, recently nominated by UNESCO as World Heritage Site for its uniqueness and natural importance.
Arriving in the summer, it will be pleasant to spend a day among the Etnaland waterslides, adventure parks or even nearby Mount Etna.
Just a short distance (about fifteen miles) will separe you from the beautiful white sand beaches of Plaja of Catania or the black lava cliffs of Etna.
Nicolosi is able to offer much to those who practice the sport, providing hiking lovers beautiful trails inside the Etna Regional Park and, in winter, the slopes of the volcano. Etna is also a popular destination for lovers of ski mountaineering.
The house is very close to the "Red Mountains", ancient volcanic cones now covered with a pine forest. The "Red Mountains" can be reached on foot, and nearby there are riding stables, swimming pool, sports fields and facilities.

venice"Bellissimo posto tra l'Etna e il mare"

Sono stata ospite nella casa vacanze Etna Holiday Home per qualche giorno ad ottobre, in uno degli appartamenti più piccoli, molto bello, pulitissimo, arredato con grande cura e gusto. C'era proprio tutto, dall'apribottiglie alla griglia tostapane, una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, zucchero, sale, olio, caffè, tè, persino gli spaghetti... Il bagno poi è veramente grande, con una doccia spaziosissima. Tutti gli impianti funzionano perfettamente. Il posto è molto tranquillo, ma anche vicino al centro di Nicolosi, che si può raggiungere a piedi in cinque minuti. La localizzazione è ideale per visitare l'Etna e tutta la costa orientale della Sicilia. Lo raccomando a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza in Sicilia!

Studio simple, moderne (décoration et couleurs), propre et agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et avenants. A l'arrivée, quelques petites attentions très pratiques pour se préparer café, thé et petite collation. Le propriétaire fournit quelques plans et adresses des commerces à proximité, bien pratique également. Sur les cartes, on avait l'impression d'être un peu l'écart du centre-ville, mais on y est finalement très vite à pied (5 min). La maison n'a pas de cachet particulier (pas de vue, située dans un quartier pavillonnaire) mais l'emplacement et la prestation (rapport qualité prix dans le secteur) est excellente. Idéal pour découvrir le parc de l'Etna.

The staff of the place has been very kind and professional. The room was clean and quiet.
All around is very quiet even if it's very close to Nicolosi village. From the home is very easy to do excursion to the Etna vulcan.
We recommend it! -

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly at Etna Holiday home. Rosario kindly picked us up from Catania train station. He was an excellent host. The studio was clean, colourful and had lots of natural light. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. Very good value for money.

I proprietari sono molto disponibili e simpatici. Il monolocale si presenta in buone condizioni sia igieniche che estetiche. E' arredato in maniera vivace, anche se lo spazio potrebbe essere organizzato meglio, aggiungendo qualche scaffale a muro o delle mensole per poggiare i piccoli oggetti personali. I sanitari del bagno e la doccia sono puliti e ben tenuti, ma manca la tenda sopra la doccia, per cui la finestra rimane scoperta e si riesce a veder dentro (anche se basta mettere un asciugamano per risolvere il problema). Il climatizzatore, decisamente indispensabile in estate data la posizione della casa molto esposta al sole, funziona perfettamente, così come il resto degli accessori in casa. L'appartamento è immerso in uno scenario caratteristico di montagna, molto rilassante per chi ama stare fuori dal traffico cittadino; tuttavia, dato che il mare si trova a una quindicina di chilometri, è necessario avere la macchina per raggiungerlo. Invece, data la sua vicinanza con l'Etna, risulta avere una posizione ideale per chi vuole godere delle bellezze del vulcano e fare delle escursioni. La zone è vivace, piena di pizzerie e locali notturni raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, ma se dovete fare la spesa è consigliabile avere la macchina.

Grazie per i preziosi suggerimenti, aggiungeremo presto uno scaffale nell'antibagno. Non abbiamo collocato una tendina fissa nella finestra sopra la doccia solo per una precisa e consapevole scelta estetica. Infatti, la finestra sopra la doccia è collocata ad una altezza superiore a due metri, ha un vetro con trattamento riflettente e assicura completamente la privacy (abbiamo verificato già durante i lavori di costruzione attentamente da tutte le angolazioni e anche dalla terrazza della nostra casa accanto), Per il futuro, però, se qualcuno avvertisse l'esigenza di una tendina di facile collocazione dietro il vetro, la troverà a disposizione dentro un cassetto dell'armadio.

The apartments are very nice and comfortable. You can arrive to the ski slopes of Etna south in a few minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful...so, what you want? This is a wonder solution for your holiday!!!

Tout est parfait !chambres ,acceuil ,emplacement au calme ,beau jardin etc...
L'endroit est idéal comme base pour visiter toute la cote Est de la Sicile.
En plus Nicolosi est une ville délicieuse.
