We really enjoyed our stay at "Nicosia City Center apartment". The flat was very clean and the kitchen fully equiped for an excellent stay with our 1 year old son. The location is great, the decoration fantastic and Demetriana is the best hostess we ever met. There is also a bakery opposite the apartment. Undoubtedly, the apartment is the best choice for an excellent stay in Nicosia

Wir waren mehr als überrascht über dieses tolle Appartment.
Alles war perfekt. Es war sauber, gross, hell, mit Klimaanlage & zentral. Wir hatten sogar einen eigenen PKW-Stellplatz. Demetriana (Eigentümerin) war super nett, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Alles lief reibungslos. Wir würden dort jeder Zeit wieder wohnen!!!!!! -

I stayed in this apartment and I cannot recommend it enough. Demetriana was very friendly and approachable and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.
The apartment was spotless, welcoming and had every comfort we could possibly need. We were able to take our breakfast out on the balcony every morning. (Fresh croissants supplied by the bakery across the street). The bakery was open from early morning until late at night and also sold groceries ensuring that we would not run out of any of the essentials.
The apartment is a pleasant 20 minute (approx) walk into town. Demetriana had supplied bus timetables and directions to the bus stops but we never needed them. The route into town is peppered with restaurants and cafes to suit every taste and pocket. You could try the local cuisine or go to some of the bigger franchised restaurants that we are all familiar with (TGI Friday, Wagamama & Nandos).
This was the first time I had stayed in an apartment and I was apprehensive about what to expect and "fending for myself" but within minutes of arriving I was glad we had decided to stay here.
Cyprus is a beautiful country and I hope to visit it again. If I am staying in Nicosia I would definitely book with Demetirana again.

Features are of course simillar in both apartments.

The apartment was clean, attractive and well equipped. Its location was perfect and dealing with Demetriana was an absolute pleasure. She was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
This apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely be renting it again if possible. -

Very nice apartment, quiet, white and clean, elegant and very well equiped. Our host is an excellent, warm and carefull person. I enjoyed a lot this stay, it was very relaxing. I already recommended the place to others and for sure I will use it again when I will have the opportunity to visit Nicosia again.

The appartment was clean and comfortable, the apt. decoration was modern, all provided supporting devices, tv, sat - cooking sets etc. working very well, dedicated vehicle parking place also was available.

I can't say enough good things about this flat. It was very comfortable, immaculate and furnished to a high standard, and all of the appliances worked well. The location was fantastic (20 min walk from the city center) and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is friendly, very attentive, helpful, and responsive to all queries. We'll definitely be going back!

The house was very well kept and located. The neighborhood has all that is needed to cover a travelers needs (eg. Food, taxi) . The owner is very friendly and caring. We will certainly consider staying there when we visit the island again.

- The apartment was very comfortable and most important, it was really clean & tidy with well provided facilities.
- The location where the apartment is placed is a residential location and hence it was quiet and peaceful. Cab facilities and also a pizza outlet was closer to this apt - This was great especially if you are not a resident of Cyprus.
- All kitchenwares and other electrical appl. essential for travel were provided - which made the stay even more comfortable and flexible.
- Most of all, My colleague and I were warmly welcomed when we entered the apt- the owner was really helpful especially when we didn't have a clue about Cyprus. Great work!
